As you may have heard by now, Stanford shocked the #2 USC Trojans 24-23 last night, with a game winning touchdown pass with 48 seconds to go. I would like to thank Stanford for beating USC, because now some people are calling this a bigger upset than the Applachin State over Michigan game. People are starting to think about other upsets, and Michigan is slowly making a comeback, with a possibility of winning the Big 10.

Tonight's game was another shootout for the Wings, but this time it wasn't so good. The Wings had a 3-1 lead at 2nd intermission, with Rafalski, Lidstrom, and Holmstrom scoring, in that order. Zetterburg had three assists, finding everyone. I was disappointed that Robert Lang scored the game-tying goal for the Blackhawks. Anyone but Lang! I was disappointed with Datsyuk, Zetterburg, and Hudler in the shootout. Hudler won in a shoot-out against the Ducks, so I'm not so disappointed in him. I'm thinking maybe next shoot-out, the Red Wings should try a different group of players. Well, they play the Oilers on Monday. I like thier chances.

Last night I watched the Red Wings season opener, and I liked what I saw. It looks again as if the Red Wings still have the best defensemen in the game, as Lidstrom, Rafalski, and company did a good job helping Hasek a lot. Zetterburg scored the first goal of the game on a power play, assisted by Datsyuk and Lidstrom. Then in the second period, the Ducks took a2-1 lead, as Todd"here today, gone tomorrow" Bertuzzi scored a goal, along with I forget who, but I think his last name started with a K. In the third period, Holmstrom tiedit up on the power play, with assists from Zetterburg and Rafalski. Then, the game went into overtime, where Detroit attempted shot after shot, but couldn't seem to get it past Bryzgalov. I'll give himsome credit, because the Red Wings put up more shots on goal than any other team in the NHL. Then, the game went into a shoot-out, wherethe goalies shined.Bryzgalov made Datsyuk look like a fool, just easily deflecting the ball away from the net. Then Hasek was right there to stop Bertuzzi. Then Zetterburg tried to go top shelf (I think) and he got stopped. Afterward, Hasek made a beauty of a save, keeping the game tied up. Then, Hudler camethrough with his first career shoot-out goal, and we may need more of them. Hasek then had another nice save, giving the Red Wings the victory, and proving he still truly is, the dominator.

It's an eye opener, seeing people around my age fall into the trap. They are being brainwashed and many of them will grow up to have kids and brainwash them. It will be a cycle, but luckily, it's a minority. I find it disgusting of what's going...

King of the Hill and Beavis and Butthead are two of the funniest cartoons, let alone shows, of all time. Though the animation wasn't the greatest, the laughs never ended with Beavis and Butthead. The humor is so simple, which makes the show so...

Matt Groening is a brilliant man. He created The Simpsons! That show has gone on to produce 19-plus seasons of episodes. I'll admit, I don't like the newer episodes neraly as much as the stuff in the 90's, but I'll cut him some slack, because...

Disturbia
This was an entertaining movie about a guy on house arrest trying to bring down a creepy serial killer. His creepy hobby of neighborhood watching lead to some good. I also liked how such a suspenseful movie added humor to it. This movie also...

You Don't Mess With the Zohan
It's not my favorite Sandler film, but it's pretty good nevertheless. He goes a little out of his element, and does a foreign character, opposed to his usual short-tempered angry Americans or Americans with funny voices or lack of brains. He was...
