Finally a bundle worth getting. Although I must admit $500 is still pretty steep this upcoming bundle is something that I'll be keeping my eye on

Since EBgames and Gamestop have this buy 2 get 3rd free for Xbox original games my Xbox collection has been stacking up lately. It's easy to get 3 games for under 10 dollars, just as long as they are Xbox games.
I would say my top 10 favorite games for Xbox (original) are:
1. Ninja Gaiden
I will say that the updated Ninja Gaiden Black is the way to go for people that haven't played Ninja Gaiden. This game is fast paced non-stop action. It's a bit hard at first and might stay hard for a lot of people for awhile but once you get past the learning curve the game is very rewarding and worth playing.
2. Halo 2
I think this game gets to much attention and fame to point other great games on the Xbox often get overlooked because of Halo. It's safe to say that the Halo series is what made Xbox the Xbox; so much to the point that if Halo was never released I don't think there would be a 360 right now. The Xbox would have probably gone the way of the Dreamcast without its Halo. Overall Halo 2 is a solid FPS. The online play is fun, fast and easy to get into.
3. Dead or Alive Ultimate
The best fighting game for the Xbox box period. I don't think there is another fighting game on the Xbox that is as well known as DOAU. I have several fighting games for the Xbox (doa3, guilty gear x2, cap vs snk 2, soul calibur2) and just by observing the number of online hosted matches DOA is obviously the way to go if you want to play an online fighting game. I can never find any guilty gear matches being hosted on XBL and save for the occasional cap vs snk live match i find DOAU seems to have the most life left in it. The only thing about this game is the character roster seems a bit small compared to other fighting games.
4. Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict
This game is awsome. It has that fast pace and rock solid frame rate feel to it that all Unreal games have. It isn't for everyone that is familiar with the Unreal series because of the 3rd person view and the melee component. There is still quite a bit of XBL play left in this game and hopefully a lot more to come now that it's backwards compatible with the 360.
5. Dreamfall: The Longest Journey
The best Adventure game for the Xbox. A must have for any Xbox owner that has an interest in adventure games. Very story and character driven. Good graphics and sound, and a solid frame rate.
6. Fatal Frame 2 [Director's Cut]
A great thriller/horror game for the Xbox from Tecmo. If your a fan of thriller movies and games this game should be just right for you.
7. Gun Valkyrie
VERY DIFFICULT CONTROLS! I must say this game had the hardest learning curve for me even harder then Ninja Gaiden. The thing about this game is the sense of speed it has. It's like playing a Sonic/Metroid hybrid 3d game. Very satisfying once you get past the steep learning curve due to the unique control set up. Great Sound and graphics but ocasionally I've noticed some frame rate drop especially when fighting some bosses (which isn't cool).
8. Fable: The Lost Chapters
If you have Fable this updated version probably won't be worth your money but it's great for those that haven't played Fable. A great action RPG with the "sand box" concept.
9. Jade Empire
If you have played KOTOR and liked it you will probably want to give Jade Empire a try. Another great role playing game from BioWare.
10. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
A great platformer and action/adventure game. Though this game is also on PS2 and Gamecube the Xbox version is the best way to go for people with 2 or 3 of the consoles.
