Much better than our UK student halls (dorms) which we are living in ALL YEAR, lol. Nevertheless that still is pretty small for a hotel room but come on you are in Japan. Enough said, awesome vid, enjoy TGS

I think that room is large by japanese standards...there are hotels where all you get is a little cube-bed thing with a storage compartment under it and a small TV a foot away from your face.
what I'm getting at here is, be thankful.

Don't complain too much. I was in Japan in March and shared a room with my friend, although the room was not much bigger than that! Gotta love the heated toilet seats, though. And vending machines EVERYWHERE! Seriously, it's kind of like Coke owns Japan.

In tokyo, space is precious and expensive, so that hotel room space is pretty typical throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area.
