So, when I logged on to GameSpot today, I noticed that I had a new PM. I though it might be a notice that a person is tracking me, or a notice from one of my unions. Or maybe it was a message FINALLY replying to my moderation report in which I reported a user for flaming. In fact, I reported him almost a whole week(!) ago, and still has yet to be responded to. But no, it was actually a moderating notice directed at ME. Why? Because I had somehow posted a comment on the Disciples III E3 news report that was, for some weird reason, "disruptive posting."
This is pure crap. All I did was express my disappointment at how the game was being released in 2009, instead of 2008 as has been said up until just recently. If that comment was considered to be so-called "disruptive posting," then I can point out about a trillion other comments and posts that could be considered "disruptive posting" by the same standards. And I just realized that I had two other moderations, none of which was justified.
May I ask why I received all of these undeserved moderations? And why my report which I sent A WEEK AGO still has not been looked at yet? I just noticed a strange phenonomon: When a user is reported for something that doesn't deserve a moderation (like all of mine), the mods are there within seconds. But when I user is reported for something that actually deserves to be modded (like my report), it doesn't get looked at at all? And there was no gray area here. What the user I reported did was flaming no matter which way you look at it.
I've just about had it with this site and am starting to see why some people call it "Lamespot." Oh well, I guess there's always IGN and the soon-to-be launched Giant Bomb.
(Yes, I realize that my ranting here was somewhat extreme. But I'm just SO frustrated and angry that I can't think of anything else to do.)
Well ladies and gentelmen, the moment you've all been waiting for!!! DIABLO 3 HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED TODAY!!!! I'm still screaming my lungs out!!!! To those people who said that the Blizzard splash teaser was WOTLK, we told you so!!!!! Besides, why would they make such a big deal about the WWI for a game that has already been announced????
Now all we need is WarCraft 4 (RTS, not MMO) and we're all set!!!!
(Sorry, my excitement got a little out of control there. But I'm just so happy...)
Well, my junior year of high school just ended yesterday. Got 2 1\2 months to relax and enjoy life... as well as play video games. 
I can't believe I'm going to be a senior in September. The 07-08 school year seems to have gone by the fastest of all school years. But I'm going to have to start seriously thinking about college very, very soon. And look for a part-time job. ARRGH!!! THE STRESS!!!!
