A Blog? Wow... it has been many months since my last one. I actually forgot how to do the tags for my font. How very sad. It was a tough year last year. I lost my job (nothing I did, they just can't afford me anymore) and haven't been able to get another one. Got sick and had to go through a the whole medical testing thing again and busted my back a couple of times (bulging discs, yay!). I was hoping that this year would be better but it began with my Grandfather having a fall on New Years Day and going into hospital. He developed pneumonia and passed away at 5am last Thursday. His Funeral is tomorrow. He was 93 years old, so he did well. He was so lonely the last couple of years without my Grandmother and I pray that he is now reunited with her.Loff and hugs to you all.

I'm sorry about your grandfather. That's a terrible loss for you, but I pray he's in a better place. Sorry about your job. Maybe it worked out for the best, if you would have had to take time off when you were sick. I hope you can find something soon. I'm about the same. My youngest son is a senior in high school, so there's a lot to keep up with. In my spare time I'm either on TV.com or playing The Sims 2 on the computer.

Indiana - Oooh The Sims 2. I haven't played that in absolutely ages. No room for it on my computer. It takes up so much room.

Hi Sassy, So sorry to hear about your Grandad, mine passed away at 95 two years after my Grandma died, he said his heart was broken and just never woke up one day. Good luck in your job hunt and I hope you feel better, can I suggest shark cartilage, that's what I took when I had a bulging disc. It takes time but it does work rebuilds the worn out disc. Take care.

Sassy, so sorry to hear about all your rotten luck and hardship. Being a strong believer in Yin & Yang and life's balance, I think you're in store for some good coming your way!
Your Grandparents are talking about you right now and smiling. Grandfather is happy now. Truly at peace now.

Sadly we won't get anymore updates on the calves! Bummer! Can you visit them?

Sorry to hear about your Grandfather, 93 is a good innings though but it's always difficult when they are on their own. I'm sure that he is now reunited with your Grandmother. I lost one Grandfather at only 57 years old, the other at 89.
