I quit NaNoWriMo already. It was making me miserable to freewrite about stupid stuff all night instead of having fun or doing things I needed to do, especially because I actually like the novel idea and going for quantity over quality was ruining it. I already write every day and am churning out a short story every three months, so what's so bad about that? That's what I figure.
