I'm feeling pretty down on myself right now too, but I realized that there are people out there that care about you, even if it doesn't seem like it at first.

If you stay down you won't ever find out how to solve the problem, and if you're brought down a million times, then you didn't fail, you just found out a million ways how not to solve that problem.
