Well that is Wimbledon done and dusted for another 50 weeks.I would have loved Andy Murray to have gotten to the final, that said it was an epic match and well done to Roger Federer for coming through in the end.Although is anyone else starting to feel that he is getting a little big for his boots? I mean all this RF stuff in gold on his outfits......

Now of course it means that the only tennis to watch will be on SKY,which we don't have on our main tv,only in my bedroom,so if I want to watch it I'll have to hide myself away.

The thing I'm going to miss the most about the tennis, though,is Mohamed Lahyani (Mo to almost everyone). The man is my fave umpire: good at what he does,funny,cheerful,cheeky....and with a gorgeously cute face that I just want to do the "squishy face!!" thing on. (yes I know.....I'm in a weird mood). Truth be told I watched a couple of matches this Wimbledon for no other reason than he was officiating them.Saaaaaaadddd I know, but I find the way he says "Fed-er-er" in his Swedish accent strangely....alluring. But is there anyone that agrees with me about him?

Couple of quick pics of the man in question, bottom one from this years Wimbledon (Murray V Kendrick)

Anyway,I'll go and console myself during a Lahyani free few weeks (not sure when the next tournament is) by watching the Ashes and praying to God,or whoever, that England can play better than the Aussies.I swear sport is not good for the nerves at times!

Hullo! Sorry, I don't watch much tennis, luv, but his face sure seems familiar. Hey, how many fans can an umpire have, anyway? You should get in touch, or at least write a letter.

Err... *tries to sound knowledgable* um... tennis good! England good! Aussies... bad! Nah the only thing I understood of that was the squishy face thing. Was that a reference to The Kids In The Hall by any chance? lol
How you getting on with the MH guide then? Hugs.

@ DBiz.... Hey! I would love to do that, but I wouldn't know where to start with a letter,or who to send it to! They move around alot I think. lol I'll just admire quietly, watching him on tv. And he actually has alot of fans in the tennis world.Even has his own Appreciation Society on a tennis forum I go on,with several pages of gushiness (not all from me either....)
@ Pete....To be honest I have no idea what The Kids in the Hall is. LOL I just seem to have that reaction to people with cute faces. Not any info at the moment for MH.Don't think there is a new series due for a couple of months at least, and you still have the forum mod stuff. On the plus side I do have the little crown "editor" emblem on my profile page now! *hugs*

If you go to Youtube and type in the search "kids in tha hall headcrusher vs facepincher" (probably the funniest sketch featuring this particular character) this may shed some light on the situation. Trust me, you'll be immediately hooked. lol *Hugs*
