"I don't believe in coincidences"

I just saw Hitman: The Movie last night for the first time and I have to say it wasn't all that bad. I think Timothy Olyphant did a god job in portraying the character, he certainly practiced on the walk, but it was strange to have such a high level of character interaction. In the game you are used to not hearing Agent 47 engage in any real conversations at all. I wish they had been a little more in depth on his background story and shown more than just those quick flashes at the beginning. The weirdest part of the movie for me was seeing the guy from Prison Break and hearing that Russian accent come out of his mouth. In case you aren't familiar with the show he plays a crazy guy with a really strong American southern accent. I don't know about going out and buying it on DVD, but if it were marked down to $9 like Disturbia was the other day at Best Buy I might consider picking it up.

I have developed what I had thought was an unhealthy and strange obsession with the Twilight books. But I have come to realize that this obsession is just the natural order of things when it comes to reading these books....at least for the female species. If you have been living in a hole for the past 6 months and are not familiar with the story I will fill you in, but don't worry no spoilers, .

The basic story is about a girl who falls in love with a guy who turns out to be a vampire. The main plot revolves around this fact and the complications that the relationship brings for both of them. I know that this might sound a little cheesy, but the authors' writing style makes the story evolve into one of the best, if not the best, book series I have ever read....Harry Potter included. I am not going to say that Stephenie Meyer is the next J.K. Rowling, because I don't, I think she is the next Stephenie Meyer if that makes sense. Anyway, they are in the process of making the first book, 'Twilight', into a movie that comes out later this year. And while there has been no mention of a video game I can only imagine that someone out there is probing Mrs. Meyer to allow them to make one. This has become the cycle of things like this and Harry Potter fell victim to it's lure. I do not own any of the Harry Potter video games because they just aren't that appealing. I have played some of the more recent ones and yes it is kind of fun to be able to use a wand to cast spells and ride on a broomstick, but as a fan of the books and an avid gamer it just doesn't transfer to that type of medium. I will, undoubtedly, be interested in a Twilight video game IF one is made, but I will not be happy about it.

*On a side note I only made this blog because I had the thought in my head, but I really doubt they will make a video game since I would guess that 95% of the readers are female. I don't think they would expect a game to appeal to gamers which is a sect of people that is mostly male.*

Some people just don't have opinions. Like sabru8.
sabru8 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could sabru8 possibly have for not rating a single film?
