Well i dont know my way around the suburbs of Melbourne, so me and my Girlfriend decided to go to the concert about 4 hours early...for some reason(seemed like a good idea at the time)

anyway, as i figured we got lost in Richmond(a suburb of Melbourne) so asked directions etc. finaly got to the Pub where Necrophagist were playing.

we came around the back of it and who was standing there???

MUHAMMED SUICMEZ!!! one of my favourite Guitarists EVER!

so we decided to go say hello, he was real friendly. and i did all the "Oh my god your the best...etc" (wich im sure he getes everywhere he goes)

he loved the facte we flew across the ocean to see him

anyway, we were talking to him and one of his tech's when the drummer "Romain Goulon" and other Guitarist "Sami Raatikainen" and the Bassist of "Dying Fetus' came out the back, IT WAS AWEOSME! (the bassist wasn't there though)

anyway, we were hanging out with them, and a few guys that work with them, when they invited me and Ange(girlfriend) to Dinner(at 4:0pm) not caring about eating dinner so early we eagerly accepted.

I SHARED A GARLIC BREAD WITH MUHAMMED

anyway, having drinks with them and after me getting a bit tipsy, and getting real into whatever everyone was saying...they had to go do soundcheck..

we said our goodbyes, and it was over

BUT IT WAS AWESOME~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha,

and the concert itself was ****** incredible!

other bands that played were: The Faceless, Abborted, Dying Fetus... some other bands.. local ones.. they sucked though.

but yeah, amazing live. every solo was just awesome to watch, all these fingers going crazy..

well. im back home now. and sleepy. but ill GS for a bit.

untill next time faithful followers.

CIAO!

LUCKY YOU! If only I could ever actually speak to any of member of Metallica! You should try to stay in touch with the band, if you got a phone number or e-mail...

@aDhAmMe13 i got nothing, not even a photo. (no cameras allowed at this gig, so i followed the rules) even though people had cameras there, and were using them secretly

You lucky son of a gun. My friend, not too long ago, hung out with the guys from Suffocation and Deeds of Flesh. He said they were incredibly nice people.

@Darth-Caedus haha yeah dont know why but it was cool we hung out with them, after they left we still had like 3 hours to kill at a pub and didnt want to drink too much, so we were bored out of our brains.

@Xongu haha, Necrophagist is the only one i liked

Sounds like a blast, some of the local bands they have here in Melbourne suck. I don't live in Melbourne (2 and a half hour drive away) and heard a band play at a pub and walked out. They sucked in short.

Sounds like an awesome gig, sir. I do love it when band members just hang out with their fans afterwards, but I've never done it.
