This was a very well written film. I enjoyed seeing Thomas and the other engines with their own voices, and the idea of real people instead of the wooden figures used throughout the show. This movie was great for many reasons as it linked the show with "Shining Time Station", as it should be. It was a fun, enjoyable movie with the esence of magic. I with it a perfect 5 stars.

Although I don't know much of Simon Nash, I can honestly say he played an excellent role on "TUGS" as the main star, Ten Cents. He has a very practical voice at that. Simon Nash was born on September 7, 1972. Basically, that is all I know of Nash at the moment, and also that he plays Garth Stubbs on the television show "Birds of a Feather". He is a wonderful actor, and hope to find out more of him soon. My newest goal is to become the editor for this person, as also to become editor for TUGS as well. For all whom read this, I hope you agree.

The Rev. W. Awdry's story started when his son Christopher was a boy, and sick in bed with the measles. Hoping to make him feel better, Awdry told him a Cinderalla story of a little blue engine named Edward. (The story has been adapted into Edward & Gordon on the show). Christopher, wanting to hear more stories, asked his father to tell him. So as Christopher got better, Awdry had ideas of turning his little stories into books, which he finally did. This book series was called the Railway Series, which fired up the imagination for the great show "Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends", in which most of its stories come from the books themselves.
Awdry's first book, "The Three Railway Engines" was a hit to the world, as many and many people bought it, and soon, the next book came out. The second was "Thomas the Tank Engine", in which touched many children's hearts.
The Reverend W. Awdry is a great man. If it wasn't for him, Thomas wouldn't be in my life, or anyone's life for that matter! So three cheers for Wilbert Awdry!
