I truely can not believe that it has been five years since that faithful day that changed the course of history forever. I seems as though it was only yesterday when I was sitting in my parent's room, half awake, I remember my brother rushing me out of bed, and there it was: the World Trade Centers on fire. No one ha any clue what it was that had happened, we just knew it was something big. I was eight years old and that was all anyone could talk about. Our world was shaken and torn apart. There have been so many documentaries and films, but nothing can capture the horror that was felt in everyone's hearts that day. I remember where I was that day. Do you?

Yeah. It was so horrible for everyone. I had just turned 10 and was busily working on a sicence project in school with my friends when it happened. The teachers all seemed frantic and all of us started to get scared about what was happening. My teacher turned on the news and all of us 9 and 10 years olds watched in horror about 9/11. A lot of people started cying, one of the girl's aunt was on one of the hijacked flights...remember 9/11!

So sad. It will definately be something that will go down in the History books. I remember so vividly even though I was 8.

I was 13 when it happened at the time I didn't quite understand what was happening at the time not like now anyways, but even with a memory as bad as mine there are some things you don't forget even if you want to...
