1. In episode 11 Karen asks Andy to move out, Lucas comes up with an idea for Jamie. Nathan and Haley agree on it. Chelsea and Sophia discuss the kiss between Sophia and Jamie. Michael and Lily have sex. Brooke and Lucas meet for the first time since she has been back. Lucas talks to Jamie about his plans to take Jamie back to New York with him.
2. In episode 12 Jamie agrees to go to New York with Lucas and get a fresh start, Lucas makes a comment on how similar this situation is to one he had many years ago. Michael breaks up with Lily who finds out he only dated her to get in her pants. Sophia and Jamie talk about his plans to move. Chelsea hooks up with Kyle. Brooke and Haley talk and Haley tells Brooke news that might keep Brooke in town longer then she expected.
3. In episode 13 At school Jamie stays after to be with his dad at basketball practice where when one player gets hurt Jamie steps in to take his place in a scrimmage game. Turns out J-Luke is just like Nathan. Nathan talks to Jamie on why he didn't join the basketball team. Haley and Brooke shop for baby clothes, that's right another Scott baby is on the way.
4. In episode 14 (Season(Series) Finale pt. 1) Jamie packs up to move to New York tomorrow with Lucas , but has still yet to tell Lily. Karen and Andy decide to get a divorce. Chelsea and Kyle plan to get back at both Sophia and Jamie. Michael feels guilty about what he did to Lily and tries to apologize, but she says to him, "that's okay, its not like I was actually having an orgasm or anything, right, bye".
5. In episode 15 (Season (Series) Finale pt. 2) Nathan and Haley prepare to say goodbye to Jamie, and Haley tells Nathan that she is pregnant. Brooke flys back to Paris but will she be back? Jamie talks to Lily about his plans to move, and she makes a reference to GG by saying, "Oh! So your ditching me to hangout with Dan and Serena?" Chelsea and Kyle put their plan into motion. Lily stops by Tric to visit her mom whose closing up, but Lily says she'll do it 'go home mom', while there Sophia shows up. Jamie and Lucas fly to New York where Jamie hopes to get a fresh start. Back in Tree Hill, over whelmed with guilt Michael gets into a car accident after blowing a red light, Nathan and Haley have 'we're having a baby sex' and while at Tric Sophia ask Lily if she smells smoke, they both turn around a realize that Tric has gone up in flames. 1. In the Season 2 Opener ...In a House of Flames the events that occurred in the season one finale are replayed and then the episode picks up at current time. Lily and Sophia find a way out of Tric through a window in the studio, but when they both get outside Lily collapses onto the ground, and the fire department arrives. Tric is severely damaged, by the act of arson. Michael ends up in the ICU at the hospital and is in critical condition. While in New York Jamie literally runs into a girl while in a coffee shop, Katherine "Kat" Jenkins. Doctors tell Michaels parents that he would not have survived if this man didn't save him...Andy. At episodes end Karen learns of Andy's heroic deeds and questions their divorce, Lily arrives at the hospital and Karen learns of the fire at Tric.

1. In episode 2 Time Won't let Me Go Lily wakes up after the fire at Tric while in the ICU, Michael has still not waken up yet and Lily learns of what happened to him. Lucas and Jamie get a phone call about what happened last night. Sophia goes back to school the next day and gets a suspicious vibe from both Kyle and Chelsea. Nathan and Haley decide to turn the guest bedroom into a nursery, and they both visit Lily in the Hospital. At episodes end Jamie meets up with Kat at the coffee shop and Lily visits Michael, while she's there he wakes up.

1. In episode 3 Say (All I Need) Sophia over hears Kyle and Chelsea talking about the fire and finds out it was Kyle who started it. Sophia tells Karen and Lily about what she heard. Looks like there is a new bad couple in town. In New York Peyton gets a visit from Mia and a music exc. Who wants Peyton's label to host a series of concerts for TRL in Time Square. But could this change her plans with Lucas to move back to Tree Hill? At episodes end Peyton tells Lucas about her job opportunity and asked him to stay with her. Nathan starts with the nursery. Kyle and Chelsea are arrested during school.

1. In episode 4 Come Home Brooke Davis arrives back in Tree Hill wither boyfriend Chase Adams. Kyle and Chelsea are questioned by the authorities. Jamie attends his first Upper East Side party where he does pot, looks like Jamie caught a new bad habit. Jamie and Kat sleep together the night of the party. Nathan visits Dan at his house and tells him that Haley is Pregnant again, but Nathan wants Dan to back off, but why? At episodes end Kyle confess and is put in lock up and Chelsea is let go. Jamie and Kat deal with the consequences of sleeping together. Lucas and Peyton unpack some boxes because they are not moving, yet!

1. In episode 5 Stuck in A Moment You Can't get Out Of! Jamie finds out that Kat is a singer and sings him one of her favorite songs, only to find out his mother is the one who originally sang it. Chelsea visits Kyle in jail , and plans her own revenge on lily and Sophia. Lucas starts to write a book titled Q. Kat gets news from her father that her mom called and was wondering if she would like to visit her, back home. At episodes end Jamie watches Kat perform at open mic night at the coffee shop. Nathan tells Dan he wants to protect his family and doesn't want to make the same mistakes he did 10 years ago. Kat tells Jamie " I love you" with him responding " I love you too!"

1. In episode 6 City of Devils (a.k.a. On a Night Like This ) Sophia and Lily gang up on Chelsea while in the locker room during gym class. Jamie buys pot from someone off the street, and is almost caught by Peyton. Jamie and Kat go out on a date. Peyton has her first concert today in time Square and after work Lucas takes her out to dinner for a good job dinner. Jamie gets a phone call from Sophia and Lily that make him change his plans about staying in New York. Kat tells her father she'll go and visit her mother. Back in Tree Hill Brooke and Chase experience one of the weirdest dates they have ever been on together. At episodes end Nathan brings Haley to the hospital for a check up. Jamie/Kat and Lucas/Peyton have sex. When Jamie gets home from Kat's he tells Lucas that he wants to go home.

1. In episode 7 My Heart will Always be The B-Side of my Tongue! This episode is all taking place in Manhattan and is basically the goodbye episode for New York, because Jamie is heading home. Jamie tells Kat that he is going back home, but what he doesn't know is that she is leaving herself, too. Lucas tells Jamie that he will see him soon. Peyton's last band plays for TRL. Mia Catalano performs a song that her and Peyton came up with long ago. At episodes end Jamie packs up and heads to the airport while there he bumps into someone he knows.....Kat.

1. In episode 8 Hello Again pt.1(mid-season finale) a recap of what happened after Jamie and Kat ran into each other is played through and then the episode picks up at current time. Jamie and Kat land in Tree Hill and arrive back home to Jamie's house, where Kat meets Haley. Michael starts to doubt the decision of losing Lily and ask Andy for advise as he is trying to get back with Karen. Jamie takes Kat to see Sophia and Lily. Sophia tells Jamie of everything that has happened since he left and they also discuss 'what about them?' At episodes end while Nathan and Jamie talk while Jamie unpacks, Kat tells them she is going to walk around and explore some more. The scene cuts to someone knocking on a front door to a house. A women answers

" Katherine!" , the camera pans to Kat face, "Mom!" and the episode ends.

• In episode 1 - Closing Time- The Season 6 opener picks up where Dan was hit by the Chrysler 300 and Lucas asking either Lindsey/Brooke/or Peyton to marry him. Haley finishes her song and Nathan and Jamie show up there. We find out that Lucas called......Peyton but will she accept his proposal so suddenly or will she make him pay for his 'I hate you'. While driving home Nathan and Haley are stopped because of a tragedy out in front of the hospital. When the episode ends Lucas is about to leave and go to Vegas with or without Peyton, but gets a phone call from Nathan saying Dan was killed after getting run down by a vehicle. (Episode's time span is 1 hour)

• In episode 2 - Death at A funeral - Its been 4 days since Dan died and Jamie's still asking 'Where is grandpa Dan at?' Lucas is having a hard time with the fact that Dan is dead and Lucas never gave him a chance. Nathan is in a state of shock as well is Deb. Karen also makes an appearance.

• In episode 3 - My The Mighty have ... - Mouth announces to Everyone that he is moving and leaving for Omaha in 5 weeks. Brooke call's Ethan for an update on Angie, and gets the shock of a life time. Lucas asks Peyton out on a date, who is playing hard to get. Peyton gets a phone call Mia who gives her the number to a guy who knew Ellie, who is he and how does he know Ellie??

• In episode 4 - ...Fallen! - Brooke is shocked when Angie's parents believe that she would be better off with Brooke and have a healthier life. Millicent and Mouth start looking for apartments in Omaha. Nathan and Haley finally tell Jamie that grandpa Dan is in a better place and that he is not going to be around any more. Deb and Skills get caught by Fergie and Junk. An unexpected visitor shows up on Brookes door step.

• In episode 5 - Broken - With Rachel back in town all hell will break loose. Will Brooke forgive her for stealing all the money that Peyton gave her? Lucas and Nathan visit Dan's grave and actually have a sentimental moment, but how long will that last. Peyton gets a phone call from a guy named Mitch Parker, her biological Father. Nathan and Haley share an intimate moment together while Deb and Jamie are out at the park.

• In episode 6 - Six Days pt. 1 - Peyton gets a call from an old ghost and is surprised to learn they are in town, in fact even at her front door step. Lucas takes Jamie for the day and brings him to Grandpa Dan's grave. Haley gets sick while teaching english. Could another Naley baby be on the way??

• In episode 7 - Six Days pt. 2 - With Jake permanently back in town Peyton comes to a crossroads with her feelings for Lucas and her intense emotional feelings for Jake. Nathan finds a pregnancy test in the garbage and its positive, but who's is it?? Lucas finds out that Jake is back in town, but is this a good effect for his and Peyton's relationship?? Mouth and Millicent buy an apartment in Omaha and fly out there to look at it. Deb tells skills news that rocks his world, or at least cradle.

• In episode 8 - Hate vs. Love - Nathan gets ambushed with news he would rather not hear; Deb's sleeping with Skills, Deb's pregnant and Haley's Pregnant too. Lucas and Jake talk about why he is back in town. Haley and Jamie hang out at the studio while she writes a new song. Victoria shows up at C/B only to tell Brooke that not only is the Tree Hill location effectively closed down, but that Victoria froze all of Brookes accounts. Next time don't make b*t*h-toria CEO.

• In episode 9 - ...In the Rain pt. 1 - A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the Tree Hill area and everyone takes cover. In the most elaborate episode since Season 3. Peyton gets a surprise visit from Mia, and Mitch. Skills comes to Deb's rescue during the storm where him and Nathan dish it out on why he slept with his mom. Everyone has taken shelter either at Brookes or at the Naley house. Brooke gets a call saying that Angie is ready for pick up at the airport and leaves the same moment the newscaster tells people this is the last time to evacuate. The episode ends with the devastating category 3 Hurricane coming ashore, Peyton getting to know her father, Nathan, Haley, Jamie, Lucas, Deb, and Skills taking shelter in the Naley house. While over at Brookes Rachel, and an unexpected Jake take shelter in a closed in bathroom, and Brooke driving to the airport

• In episode 10 - ...In the Rain pt. 2 - In the conclusion to the devastating two part episode. 2 lives are lost and one life is put in jeopardy. Lives will change and new romances will blossom.

• In episode 11 - I'd Do Anything - In the aftermath of Hurricane Dan, how ironic. Haley is brought to the hospital after a bookcase fell on her during the storm. Peyton has a hard time waking up Mitch, who died from a heart attack. Rachel and Jake feel a spark between the two of them after being closely packed together in a closet for nearly four hours. Brooke brings Angie back to her house. Later Brooke slaps Victoria with Court Documents and a Restraining order. Looks like there is another b*t*h in town!

• In episode 12 - If I Lay Here?... Haley finds out that she had a miscarriage and Deb and Skills talk about their future and bringing a baby into the world. Peyton deals with her biological fathers death, even though she barely knew him. Peyton goes to Lucas for sympathy which leads to one hot passionate night together and brings back the firework show between them. ( Sum 41's song With Me will play when this happens)

• In episode 13 - ...Would You Lay with Me? Mia and Haley work on a special duet song about those lost in the Hurricane. Nathan deals with the death of his unborn child. Quentin, Jamie, and the Ravens team clean up the gym and host a charity game for those who lost their home because of the Hurricane.

• In episode 14 - Perfect - Its been 2 weeks since the Hurricane came ashore and the last bit of water is finally removed from the streets of Tree Hill and the long waited Clean-up begins. Mouth and Millicent come home from Omaha. Rachel and Jake go on a date. Brooke starts to look for a new home after hers was destroyed from hurricane.

• In episode 15 - Stop and Stare - Lucas and Peyton finally get back together. I guess the only thing keeping them a part was a storm and a death. Brooke buys a home close to Nathan a Haley. Karen comes home for good and Andy moves in with her. Rachel and Jake have sex, but what will happen when Rachel finds out about Jenny?

• In episode 16 - My, My , My -With Rachel dealing with the fact that Jake has a seven year old daughter, will she finally be mature about it or will she skip town...again. Brooke moves into her new home with the help of Nathan, Lucas, and Skills. Haley finally realizes that she lost a baby. And Deb tells Haley a dark secret from her past...she had an abortion the first time she got pregnant from Dan and he never knew it. Why do you think she started popping pills.

• In episode 17 - Untitled - As Haley reels from that fact that she lost her baby, Nathan does everything he can to help her with her depression. Lucas try's to talk to her but gets no response. Brooke feels guilty because Haley lost her baby and Brooke got hers back. Peyton finds out about Rachel and Jake, why does she care she's with Lucas. Karen and Andy surprise everyone by getting married. At episodes end Haley gets into a car crash.

• In episode 18 - The World At Large - At the hospital Haley wakes up to find Nathan at her bed side, where she breaks down in his arms and apologizes for losing his child, but he doesn't want her to feel guilty about it at all. Lucas, Brooke, Peyton show up at the hospital. Jamie has no idea that his mom was in a car accident.

• In episode 19 - If Everyone Cared - Haley is released from the hospital. Brooke is asked out on a date by Ethan, the Doctor, and the two connect rather easily. Angie says her first word. Peyton and Lucas go out on a date which leads them all the way back to the same restaurant that he was originally going to propose at in L.A. When the episode ends Lucas pops the question. And this time its not an ambush.

• In episode 20 - I Like What You Say - Peyton says yes to Lucas's engagement, and the two have s*x in their Beverly Hills Hotel room. Back in Tree Hill Nathan and Haley head back to counseling, and this time they bring along Jamie, too. Rachel and Jake start dating again. Mouth and Millicent, pack up their apartment to get ready to move to Omaha in 2 weeks. Karen, Andy, Fergie, and Junk also appear.

• In episode 21 - Float On - Lucas and Peyton come back to Tree Hill with news that they are engaged. Haley and Nathan finally finish their counseling sessions and Haley is back to Tree Hill High teaching her ****again. Rachel bonds with Jenny buts its not so easy at first. Brooke is asked by Peyton to be her maid of honor. Ethan and Angie bond while he stays at Brookes house.

• In episode 22 - Sunday Morning - Lucas and Peyton go to Church only to get ready for their wedding on this coming Saturday. Later a party is thrown for Lucas and Peyton and Peyton invites a surprising guest...Lindsey.

• In episode 23 - You And Me - Lucas and Peyton's wedding day is here and everything is about to change. While picking up papers at school Haley runs into a student named Caitlin, who is pregnant and ask Haley for her advise. The Raven have their first game since the tragic Hurricane almost a month and a half ago. Deb and Skills go to the hospital for a check up on the baby, and find out some surprising news.

• In episode 24 - The Last time Again - With the knowledge that Deb and Skills are having twins, everyone is in shock. Skills gets a visit from Bevin and Nathan gets a visit from Tim, and his son.. Nathan. Lucas and Peyton leave for their honeymoon in Tahiti. Haley talks to Caitlin about her pregnancy and gives her the best advice possible. Mia and Haley perform their duet 'In the Rain' at Tric.

• In episode 25 - My Own Worst Enemy - Brooke and Victoria have their hearing at court where the jury sides with Brooke and Victoria has too unfreeze the accounts and pay Brooke $535,000 as a payment for what she had done. Victoria then leaves Tree Hill and never goes back. Lucas and Haley hang out for the first time since he got married and she had her accident. Nathan, Skills, and Jamie work with the Ravens to win their last game before the state championships.

• In episode 26 - Somewhere Only We Know - The state championship are here and Nathan starts to feel his guilt of his point shaving back in high school. Lucas gives the team a pep talk before the game. Everyone shows up at Pontiac for the biggest game in Tree Hill High School basketball season. And with a final word of encouragement from Nathan. The Ravens win 33-23

• In episode 27 - It's The End Of The World (Series Finale pt. 1) - 4 months have pasted since the state championship game and The Ravens have graduated high school. Quentin gets accepted to Duke and only goes because of Nathan. Deb and Skills have their babies, a boy and a girl, Antonio Taylor, and Alisa Taylor. Nathan and Haley have a growing family now that Haley is 3 ½ months pregnant with a baby girl. Lucas and Peyton have decided to start a family. Brooke has finally settled down and is engaged to Ethan. Jake and Rachel have broken up but remain good friends.

• In episode 28 - ...As We Know It! (Series Finale pt. 2) In the conclusion of the Series Finale. The gang go to Tric for one last night together. Mouth and Millicent show up fresh from Omaha. Fergie and Junk appear. Karen and Andy are finally settled down in Tree Hill. Peyton tells Lucas that she is pregnant. In the episode we find out that:

• Nathan and Haley are moving to Seattle so Nathan can join the Seattle Sonics. Like he was suppose to do almost 2 years ago.
• Mouth and Millicent head back to Omaha.
• Deb and Skills are happy together and move into the Scott house.
• Lucas and Peyton head to L.A. for Lucas's writing and because of Peyton's label.

In the episodes conclusion everyone is sitting in the Naley house around the fireplace, laughing, and drinking wine, and playing 'I Never...' The series ends with a montage of scenes and flashbacks to previous seasons.
