how bout that? its balthier from final fantasy 12 and he's one of the best characters in the game, HAHA!
since i finished the game, next stop to buy is okami(not sure) but i hope i wont dissapoint

It's a good banner, but i don't like so much Final Fantasy 12. I don't very like the gameplay of this game.

The render is a bit blurry you should think about sharpening it. Also it doesn't really go with the bg and It needs to be blended in more. The bg would look better without the little sparkles IMO and the text need working on as It doesn't look that good and It's the same colour as the bg which makes it barely visible. It's a bit too wide and It's not long enough so It looks like a really large tag. I think you should increase the length of this piece and also fill in some of the blank space with something.
The border doesn't go all the way around so that also needs to be improved.
