every time i try and make a border for my page the thing says its too large and i try to change it on paint but it won't let me copy and paste. i'm just confused.

u mean the banner for your profile right? and u try to copy and paste it in paint to resize it, hmmm. are u using the right tool in paint, u have to use the cut out tool that is at the top of the tool bar.
