Misha is a terrific actor who bring an undoubted sense of reality to audiences. I have only seen his performances in Supernatural, but i have seen enough to be very impressed. He is very commanding when performing. He also has a great way of layering his characters. Many actors only give their persona one level, but with Misha's character Castiel, a powerful and intimidating, yet compassionate Angel of the Lord, the layers appear to be endless. One moment you are absolutely in awe of his sheer power, and the next you are absolutely petrified. But then, a few episodes later, he is caring and forgiving. Even later, the audience, or at least myself, emote to his character and that is truly a sign of great acting. I can't wait to see him in more things. He looks to be very promising.

Okay. So let me take these few words to recant everything I've said about Kate Cassidy. At first i hated her. She seemed very wrong for a show like Supernatural, and at first the first couple of episode featuring her confirmed it. But now, after...

Okay. So let me take these few words to recant everything I've said about Kate Cassidy. At first i hated her. She seemed very wrong for a show like Supernatural, and at first the first couple of episode featuring her confirmed it. But now, after the tenth episode, Malleus Malificarum (spelling?), that i am very pleased with her. I guess at first the character wasn't developed enough and she just seemed kind of emotionless and pointless. But after her performance! I love her! I think the dialog in this epi really opened her up. I am sorry for everything i have said.

The movie was terrific and terrifying. I am a big Steven Kind fan and i must say, this movie out shone The Shining and buried Pet Semetary. The acting on Cusacks part was very well played and the plot line, though confusing at points, was very well developed. I was very scared. There were visceral scares that made me and others in the theatre jump sky high, and i found myself biting my hand to keep from yelling out at one point. And i am not one who is easily scared. The creatures and ghosts, or whatever you want to call them, were creepy too. All in all, my favorite horror movie yet.

Besides being my all-time personal hero, Jensen Ross Ackles is the stupendous actor. He is very good at portraying every end of the spectrum. He can be emotional, emotionally void, funny, witty, sarcastic, anger, sweet, you name it. From interviews and personal accounts, he seems to be a nice, funny guy. Not to mention he can melt your heart. Specifically in DeVour (his 2005 Horror Flick where he starred as Jake Grey, the son of the Devil) and Supernatural he is even better than the usual. He does most of his own stunts too. An actress myself, I highly admire him and try to learn from him. Hes just a superb actor that can make any person feel empathetic to his characters current mood.
