New DS Lite... Again!!!

My Ds Lite is making a shaking sound and...

So my new ds lite is making a shaking sound so i held down all the buttons to see if it still sounded weird and it did. When i plug my ds into the charger it makes a weird quiet buzzing sound. Is this normal? PLz Plz help i only have 3 days to exchange!!!
