Hello All
As some may of noticed, or not noticed, I have been away from the site for a while now. This is because I, determined to put of the wait til new episodes of Supernatural decided to wait until Jus in Bello had aired in Australia before returning to avoid some spoilers. So now it has aired I can return and I must say waiting for shows to air in Australia was most painful. Any who try it, how on earth do you survive? Anyway on with the blog
Supernatural:
Mystery Spot: One of my favourite episodes of Supernatural of all time. I loved the movie groundhog day so this has easily been my most anticipated episodes ever. And, because there were no slides I didnt know what on earth was going to happen. It was brilliant. It had something for everybody who watches Supernatural. Those who watch for humour could laugh at all the hilarious ways Dean died. Those ones who watch for angst could watch for poor Sam's suffering. And those like me, who enjoy angst, humour and are very sadistic viewers just adored the whole episode. The weird thing is, even though the trickster was the villain, he seemed to be on Sam's side. He doesnt want demons to take over the world anymore than hunters, possibly because demons are less fun to trick, so even through the constant torture of Sam he was actually trying to do something good. My one disappointment was with how Sam always needed Dean to make the ideas. This season is meant to be about Sam growing up but even with Dean dying, Dean was the one coming up with ideas. Dean was the one to suggest keeping him alive to get out of the loop. Dean was the one to suggest that Sam ask that girl what she is carrying. And Dean was the one to first mention Just Deserts which got Sam thinking about the trickster. How is Sam meant to be a leader if he can't even work something out for himself with out help.
Jus in Bello was alright, but wasnt as brilliant as I considered mystery spot so that might of moved it down in my books a little. I've never really liked Hendrickson's character, he's always bugged me for some reason, probably my hatred of police coming through. (Not all of them, just the idiotic ones that hide their cars and give you speeding fines, and the ones who arrest the chasers just cause of their own idioticy. Apec anyone. anyway...) I did really like the white eyed demon, that was just cool. The one thing that bugs me is why anybody would see Sam as competition. He kills demons, not really a way to get them on side, he is thrown around like a rag doll by demons and he's not exactly a very good leader, see above for mystery spot. If anything the demons are making him a better leader by trying to kill him. If they left him alone he wouldnt be able to do anything. OK maybe he could do something but he is only one man, as long as he doesnt get his powers back, which he probably will from the demons constantly hounding him, he can't really do anything. Anyway I'll talk about something else now.
My New show of the blog: Jekyll
For those who haven't watched this, seriously start watching it. It's a mini series on a modern retake of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. James Nesbitt brilliantly acts out Hyde and Jackman respectively and the most attractive thing about this series is Hyde. Sure Jackman is funny and he moves the plot along but Hyde is like a child, a homicidal maniac child at that, but a cute funny child none the less.
Usually I'd do a longer blog but I can't be bothered right now, perhaps later.
EDIT:
Tagged, thanks Suze
so 5 things interesting about me. I'm not a terribly interesting person so sorry if they're not up to standard lvl of entertainment
1My celebrity crush is Andrew Hansen.
2 I have a phobia of ants
3 When I was about 6 I had a little pin prick dot on my forward that would splurt blood if it was knocked. The first time it happened my grade 2 teacher almost had a heart attack and when it was removed the doctor had to cut an inch under the skin to get all of it.
4 I am the youngest in a family of 5 and was born in Brisbane. (city in Australia for those who do not know)
5 My initials actually make up the first 3 letters of my name H.A.N - Hannah
ok so they werent very interesting but I had hoped to avoid all this tagging business. If i think of anything more interesting to put in I'll replace.

Oooohh liked your thoughts on this ep...never really thought about it...but yes Dean was doing all the idea making...when Dean died the last time & Sammy went all emotionless soldier...it showed just how "well" he is (not) gonna cope when Dean goes to Hell. What you said about the Trickster too has me thiking as well
The best part of this ep for me was when Sam hugged Dean at the end & all Sammy's heartbreak faces...they just get to me every time
Well Sammy was the YED's like #1 choice to lead his army...he's got the potential...the powers...probably stuff he hasn't even tapped into or even knows about. Plus he may have demon blood in him...remember the YED standing over his cot & Mary seeming to know the YED...all very mysterious...
Lilith is a good new big bad...creepy kids are extra creepy!!!!!
What a way to end the last part...waiting to see who comes ouuta the box...Hyde or Tom????
