Hello all of you. I was just wanted to take a little time to tell you guys that I'm taking a little break from GS for awhile. I've just gotten a little bored of the forums here lately and I need a break from QotW for awhile. Its just that schoolwork and some other things have taken what you could call "front seat" right now, so I need to take a little break.I don't know how long it will be, but I don't think it will last any more than like a month or so. I'm not really sure

So anyway, I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I hardly got on this week, and that's obviously going to reflect in the quotes (3 yikes 
). But like it or not, I'll fill in with a Ramboturd's Corner to excuse my laziness.
But seriously, it's not me being lazy this time, its more that fact that they absolutely piled the schoolwork on me this week. I had a huge project in math, an essay in L.A., and 2 tests this week (I studied for 3 tests unfortunately. Silly me ). Anyway, since I started talking about school, its been going ok lately. I'm still in the process of trying to make friends and all that, and I guess you could say its going pretty well right now (sorta) 
.
Another thing I did this week was go to my aunt's house for the weekend. It was pretty bad, and I say that only because of my little cousin who is 8 (I think). I know I sound like a rotten person for saying that, but that kid just gets on my nerves. He's really spoiled since he's an only child, so basically, my aunt will get him whatever he wants. He also has a horrible attitude and bad manners, so basically the whole weekend consisted of him and my aunt yelling back and forth. Fun fun!
Besides that, nothing else really happened to me. I've just been spending most of my time playing Freedom Fighters, watching tv, and trying to find new music.

Anyway before I was so rudely interrupted by Kanye, welcome to another wonderful week of Quotes of the Week 25 *Kanye West Edition*.
So unless you've been living under a rock for the last few days (even then, it was impossible to miss), you've heard of the whole Kanye West and Taylor Swift controversy. I'm not going to actually go into the story, so if you're wondering what I'm talking about, go google it or something .
Anyway, I just wanted to share my opinion on it. I think we can all agree that Kanye is a big jerk (that's more of an understatement.) Getting up on stage during someone's award speech, stealing the mic, and proceeding to tell the whole viewing audience that someone else deserves the award more is just unheard of. That's really all I have to say about it, and I just felt like sharing.
So anyway, on to life stuff. I finished Jak 2. Overall, I'd say it was a pretty good game. At first I said it was a giant fetch quest system, but after finishing the game, I think I take that back. Yes, the whole game was just a whole system of missions, but once you moved further along, the missions had more variety to them. Overall, great game.
I also got around to buying a new PS2 memory card so I could finally start Freedom Fighters. I started the game yesterday, and so far, I'm really bad at it . Like really, I suck. I've completed maybe 3 missions total and I'm stuck on every single one of the 3 missions I have the choices of doing right now . I think I should've chosen a lower difficulty setting .
School is bad right now. My grades are slipping already . Math and science are real killers for me this year. I don't really know what's going on in math to be honest. I learned all of the stuff last year, and did fine with it then too, but this year its just harder for some reason. Maybe I need to get a tutor or something. Idk.
Science is hard mainly because my teacher doesn't quite understand when I ask for help. She moves really fast in **** so its hard for me to actually catch on to what we're doing in the first place. When she isn't busy, I'll try to ask for help, and she'll show me something, but a lot of times, its still unclear and she walks away before I can ask her to further clarify. Urgh 
Friends is so so. There was somewhat of a huge fight between some of my friends and I, and unfortunately, I lost a very good friend in the process 
. She doesn't even talk to me anymore, which I don't get because this fight wasn't even between me and her. It was between me and one of her other friends. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to let time heal this.
On the good side though, I'm in the process of making new friends in some of my other ****s. They seem to be a lot nicer to me than my old friends ever were. However, I have to watch myself though, because I've almost gotten in trouble for talking too much in cla$$ before .
So that's about all I have to report this week. I hope you all enjoy the episode! Sorry for all the negativity in my blog. I'm just waiting for things to blow over and sort out, and unfortunately, its not a fast process. I'm not a very patient person, and that probably isn't helping the situation anymore.
