wassup guys nuthing much going on here hmm i just been playing king of fighters XI like crazy again and also arcana hearts
still going gym jsut 5 days a week now and i eating every 2 hours lol its hard to gain weight for me so today i ate
3 bowls of frosted flakes
2 ham and cheese sandwhiches
1 regular garlic chicken plate lunch from L&L drive in = 2 scoop rice, 1 mac salad and the chicken( idk if they have that in the mainland)
2 plates of spaghetti
4 pieces of garlic bread
and allmost half bag of sour cream and onion chips
and about a gallon of water
lol and im at 167 now trying o get to 185
thats about it lol i daont know waht else to talk about cya later have a good weke guys
