I have to admit that yes, the CGI is amazing and does a great job of immersing you into the world of Pandora. Observing the scenery just makes you want to jump into the world and be a part of it. As for the story, it screams unoriginality. I thought of The Last Samurai or Pocahontas, as an outsider is accepted into the tribe and needs to prove himself that he is in fact one of them. He then fights against the very people that he used to work for, trying to save the land and the natives. Even with an unoriginal plot, it is still a movie worth seeing, preferably while it is still in theatres.

This was just a superb movie that entertained throughout. It was like watching a graphic novel unfold before my very eyes. It can't really be explained but one must watch it to get the true sensation. The movie consists of three separate stories...

This was just a superb movie that entertained throughout. It was like watching a graphic novel unfold before my very eyes. It can't really be explained but one must watch it to get the true sensation. The movie consists of three separate stories about three different men in their lives in Sin City. Yes, it does have a dark atmosphere but it doesn't really seem to bother me as I find it cool because it is different than most movies. An overall great movie with an impressive atmosphere.

Another surprisingly good movie that got bad reviews but is not really that bad. Sure the plot is pretty bland being that nuclear-type weapons get stolen by the bad guys and must be recovered, but the whole process in how the G.I. Joes go about trying to recover them, is enjoyable. Characters like Snake Eyes and Ripcord add to the flair of the movie which is one of the reasons it is entertaining. If you just want to watch a pretty good action movie, then you have found it in G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.

A simple yet not overdramatized movie that will keep you watching. It does not draw you in but it also does not get too boring that you want to stop. Channing Tatum plays a guy who basically fights for money. The fights actually seem realistic as they are mostly punches being thrown and wrestling. No over-the-top fight scenes that don't happen in real life here. It's one of those movies you wouldn't mind watching but it would not be your first choice.
