Dear all,
I really don't think the content of this blog is going to surprise anyone, given that I've not exactly been a frequent visitor or contributor recently.
Yes, the time has come for me to leave. It's a real shame but- circumstances being what they are for me at the moment- I don't have the time I would like to devote here. My enthusiasm for reviewing and submitting has seriously seriously waned and I'd rather not do anything at all than do it half-heartedly.
There are a lot of people I will miss here, but thanks to the wonders of Facebook we can still be in touch.
I'd like to thank you all for reading these inane blogs and commenting and for your friendship and good wishes. You're all stars.

So sorry to hear that you're leaving! So many people who have been here for so long seem to be jumping ship to the point where I'm almost getting used to it. I must admit my interest in this site has dwindled much lower then I ever expected it to. I still enjoy coming here but I understand why so many people just don't want to anymore. You're been a great friend and I always enjoyed reading your blogs! Ashley

I'm gonna miss you QB but it seems that everyone's leaving. I'm gonna make an effort to talk to you on Facebook from now.

Well it's been a long road, Terrance. It must've been 2005 when you and I first got to know each other. Along with Shawn, Steamhead, and Islander, we're pretty much the only "original" users of the site who congregated on the Doctor Who forum.
Still, the last year has seen the whole site and community fall apart. Everyone seems to have stopped blogging and posting. My last blog was over seven months ago, and I think the last time I posted was when Asecooper left the site. My former obsession has totally...gone.
Having said that, I'm sticking around the site longer than I thought I would, and to be honest, so have most other people like you. I had suspected that you'd left already - there are so many people who have done just that without saying.
But I'm glad you've done this - told us, I mean. It won't be the same without you. It was really nice knowing you - you've been one of the most supportive and friendly people on this site in the last four years, and I'm sad to see you go. I'll be sure to keep in contact with you.

Many people are leaving, and until a few weeks ago I was considering it too - had only really been lurking for months. Will miss your blogs Enjoy facebook, maybe I'll find you on there one day.
