GAMES: GameSpot GameFAQs MOVIES: Metacritic Movietome Comic-Con

i would first like to say that the 2 games i am looking forward to the most are Splinter Cell Conviction and Alan Wake. we finally got to see glimpses of both highly anticipated titles. splinter cell's gameplay looks like it shifted a bit by adding the auto target thingy. it looks sharp. Alan Wake looks like it will have a wonderful story but we will have to see later.

so i recently finished the Library Policeman by Stephen King. simply put, it was fantastic. im on 1408 right now and im enjoying it for the most part. i really want to read The Shining by him and the Bourne series by Robert Ludlum.

as for movies, i need to see so many. so since its summer, (yay!) i will make a list of movies i intend to see.

1) shawshank redemption

2) one flew over the cuckoos nest (i think thats what its called)

3) the Green Mile

4) a clockwork orange

if there are any other movies i should see please let me know, and i will update this.

p.s. im currently playing mass effect for like the 3rd or 2nd time and its still awesome!! u should play it if u havent. also, if you have, what did u think of it? and are u as hyped for ME2 as i am?

Microsoft's press conference disappointed me. I'm hoping Sony has something..

Yes, you need to see A Clockwork Orange.

Movies eh? I'd recommend Heat and Children of Men. Those are some of my favourite movies.

As for your interest in the Bourne books, I'd say READ THEM! They're excellent. Far different from the movies, but they're both great.

Shawshank is almost universally enjoyed by everyone who watches it, regardless of their taste in film. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was a big deal when it came out, but frankly, I find it a little boring today. Green Mile is good, though on the longer side (3+ hours). A Clockwork Orange is a psychotic thriller; I enjoyed it.

I liked Mass Effect so much, that even after buying it the day it was released, I've only played through it twice. I so enjoyed it, that I can't just play through it again and again. I have to let the memory of the last play-through fade, so that I can experience it again from a fresh perspective.
