After playing countless of mature rated games killing tons and tons of baddies with weapons and seeing bloods and guts splattering around, its time to take a break from the violence and start playing a new game that doesn't involve any blood: Nintendogs!
At first I wasn't really sure whether or not to buy this kiddy game but after knowing that the godfather of gaming himself Shigeru Miyamoto, created Nintendogs, I thought I'd give it a try.

I bought the Dalmation & Friends version and...aww, looky here. Loookatthecutewittledoggy. Here boy, here boy. Phewit! Aww, it wants to pway ball. I think it wants to wear a fireman's hat and...aww, come here lil puppy pie! Who's my cute wittle fireman? Who? Who? That's wight. You are my cute wittle fireman.
Well, ehem, ehem. Did I say that loud?
All I have to say is that it's awesome! Who would've thought of having virtual pets is a whole lot of fun? I know Tamagochi/Digimon came out with it first but this one is way better. You can play with it, feed it, stroke it, walk with it, sleep with it, anything you want. There's no scoring involve, no high score, no game over, nothing. Sure, there's the competitions and stuff but even when you lose you don't feel discouraged like any other games I can think of. I find myself playing it whenever I have nothing to do or just having played an M rated game and want something sweet for a dessert.
I encourage anyone to try it out. Even if you're not really into dogs (Like me. I prefer cats than dogs actually but sadly there aren't any good virtual cat games.), you will find a good side of it deep down in your heart. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to give my puppy a bath.
...aww, look at the wibbon on it's ears...

Still, my vote would have been for Pokemon D/P.
