I really like TV and movies. I had high hopes that TV.com would provide a blog and forum for me to share my views and feels about my favorite shows and films. I must say, the ideas of badges and levels was very enticing. Often it kept me coming back. It seemed to be enough at times, to make the effort to navigate bad software to contribute something.
But now I really hate the look of my user page on tv.com. I hate the white. I hate the tiny gray letters. I hate the font. I hate the blog, profile, etc., layout. If I want to read or write to my blog, I do it from movietome.com. (That's where I am now)
The only place the new layout works, is tv.com's home page. It's not an improvement, it just works for what that page is used for.
As for the show pages, I like IMDB.com's layout much better. Mainly because it is an excellent design for quick cross reference of actors, directors and movies/shows.
Just me, airing my disappointment at the direction the owners of this site have taken it.

I agree with you PrettyEdy. I still struggle even just coming to your blog, I sit there waiting for it to load not realizing that it's there I just have to scroll down more than half the page to see your blog for some reason if you have a banner you wind up with a massive white blank space (really is more than half the page). That's why I got rid of my banner so that problem doesn't happen. It's the way they have it set up.

Can't say I'm a fan of the white, the gray letters or the font either but the site is still just the same. Everyone is hear talking about tv (movies) that they love and so on and so on. I know right now traffic is low but the site itself hasn't changed, just the superficial aspects. I know it can be hard to get used to but give it a chance. I mean you may never like it but you might accept it.
