.....Not that I meant it THAT way....just, well, you know...
"Aargh!"
Shouted Ganondorf on screen, Ko'd.
"The winner of this match, once again, is Princess Zelda." said the official.
I smiled while watching. It was so fun to watch Zelda in her matches. She's so skilled in her fighting.
She held up the trophy and smiled as wide as Skyworld.
(Later)
"Hey, Pit." She said, walking into the training arena.
I turned around. "Hey, Zelda. Nice job today."
"Thanks! I've been practicing."
"Well, it shows."
She smiled, but then looked down. "Well, not everything's going right with me..."
I sighed. "Link again?"
She shivered. "Yeah, he won't give up. I told him once already. Things aren't just working out."
I rolled my eyes. "Zelda, this has been going on for weeks. Why don't you just tell him that you need some space, and time to think?"
"Like I haven't tried already." She scoffed.
"Am I going to have to talk with him?" I held up my bow.
She laughed. "No, Pit. I don't think that's the answer."
I smiled. "Yeah, I guess your'e right."
She looked as if she remembered something. "By the way, Ike and Marth were planning to go for coffee after today's match, and they wanted us to come with them. Do you have any spare time?"
I looked at a fake watch. "Well, I suppose I can squeeze you in."
She smiled. "Ha ha. Very funny, Pit."
I smiled too. "Yeah, I'll be there."
"Great. See ya." And she teleported.
I frowned. Can't somethings just work out on there own? I mean... Zelda and I are friends. But... I don't want to be just friends.
I thought for a minute.
Well, I suppose I'm blessed that wer'e even friends. Best not to push things.
I turned and shot an arrow at the sandbag.
I still wish we were more, though...
