As you probably have noticed, I have been retired as Editor of the Avatar guide. This was not done with my consent, but rather by the TV.com staff.
The new editor will see the burden that is running the Avatar guide. I feel very fortunate to have held the position for so long.
That being said, maybe it is time for change. I've been sensing a new direction is being taken here for a little while now and I wish the next editor good luck.
I will state for the record that TV.com forced me out at their own discretion, and even though I respect their decision, I disagree with it. Forget the hours of time put into the guide and forum, a few submissions go a few days late and all of a sudden I am retired. It's unfortunate and I hope TV.com does not continue this policy, or they will lose some really great members.
As for me, I'll still lurk around here occasionally, but probably a lot less frequently than in times past. And I can offer suggestions to the new editor, if they would like it.
So, all in all it was fun and I'm glad I could meet all the awesome people here. Though I'm sorry this is the way it had to go down.
Enjoying Avatar Over At Dongbufeng.net,

make sure you keep a blog- maybe now that your not being swamped by submissions we could get to know you a bit better
Take care, our dear editor.

It may seem I gave you a hard time during those few times we did chat, but it wasn't meant to be. I'm not going to type how "great" you were, but at the same time, I'm not going to type how "mean" you were either. There's just so many factors to all of this that I'm not informed of and will probably never know. And not that I want to know! Either way, there's something to be gained in every little thing, and I hope you were able to gain something. Well, that is all.
Oh, and I'm still keeping my "Trolls will be shot, Survivors will be shot again - Pooldude" quote in my sig ^_^

if I were them, I would put in every program forum 1 "director" and 2 "co-editors"
I also find silly the policy(from what it seems) that one has to accept every single complain for threads, not even able to look at thread, and make a decision if the complain is true or not. the only thing they do for the "not true complaints" is not take points away(or at least it seems that way)
I have gotten 4 TOS violations of terms, (thankfully without loss of points), one was deserving even if it was not my intention to offend anyone, and another was my signature size, but the other 2 were definitely not deserving of one
good luck at whatever you aim in the future to do.......
