8-10 % is okay. Level 20 is 2-3 %, it takes a long time. I don't remember level 7 taking a real long time, but I don't pay too much attention. Maybe try doing some of your own video game reviews, that might help.

Yup, 8-10% is about the max percentage you can get for level 7...I think there is some chart on the max percantage you can get a day in the Welcome Newbies section.

Level 7 didn't last long for me cuz that was my around when I had my tagging addiction Certain things just give you more point I think.

A friend of mine's stuck on Level 7. I think it takes longer than the other early levels, the same way 20 is for the middle levels.

Speaking of 20, I *was* sick of seeing "Metal Slime" every time I checked GameSpot. I'm glad it's over. Now I'm a Rescue Ranger, which is cool, because the Rescue Rangers are cool.

Here's a link to the leveling guide, but FYI- forum posts are about the slowest way to rank up. Watching videos, doing game reviews, and posting blog entries usually keeps me maxing out my daily allowance of rank uppage.

You are a member only since 1.5 months and you are already level 7! Awesome!! you are doing pretty good I will say! Just have a little patience . Have some good number of games in your tracked list... you are already posting & tagging games, so no problem... Each level after this is incredibly slow, so cheerio, just keep using the features of the website and enjoy it

I never really spent alot of time paying attention to the leveling. Im just glad i got past Nobungas ambition, because i was getting really sick of seeing it every day, and i have no idea what it means.

You think that is slow, wait till you get to level 20. It can take MONTHS to get out of it, the max percent is only like 2% a DAY.
