Corrupted Save Data Message on Wii

Has anyone got this message? It's weird because once I looked at it again the Wii save data was just fine with no problems. I haven't tried a game yet, but I'm sure it won't say it's corrupted or anything. All support.nintendo.com says is that you need to repair it. Do you think I should?

pikminguy09 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could pikminguy09 possibly have for not rating a single film?
