Why is it that words said in anger hurt so much?

Why is it that words said with love can be so easily forgotten?

Why is it that when anger takes hold, no tenderness, no love, no reason can get thru?

Why is it that words spoken in anger come at one like bullets, bricks and knives?

Why is it?

Does nothing mean anything when red is all that is seen?

Why is it that when the one who said those words "take it back" nothing really gets taken back?

Why does anger make people loose themselves?

Why does the one hurt left feeling like they did wrong?

Does it matter?

Does anything?

There is so much love in this world, so many beautiful things and yet there is the exact opposite here as well.

I... never really thought about it to be honest... I guess anger, an emotion, is just a very extreme form an emotion and it's definetely one that should be avoided the best it can. I know it's hard, but it has too be done, to avoid hurting someone else.

But moreover, did something happen. Your words don't sound like your ordinary self... That makes me a sad panda... =/

@Kom -> yeah, some happend. something crappy that can't be taken back no matter how many times I hear "I take it back"
I just dont understand how anger can run some people.

Sorry love, I will try to get back to myself soon. Promise.

Can say many words about it. But the bottom line. Nature likes things balanced. If I experience loads of anger. Or am gettng loads of it send my way. I try to look at the flip side.

Try to. Sometimes things just don't work the way you want them too.

Why is it that Miss Pea always leaves after a few GS visits ..

i know how you feel
it takes some time but eventually you/they will forget
if you spend your time thinking about it too much it'll only hurt more
there are so many bad things in life and its easy to forget the good things
it takes a strong person to do it but when you forget about that bad and focus on the good life will seem much better and all your troubles will feel irrelevant

hope you feel better soon pea

A lot of "why"s in there. Mostly it boils down to "who knows?" as a response.
A Buddhist might say mastery of the anger is the purpose for it's suffering from both of it's angles. I can vibe with that, as at very least you can learn about yourself in the process ... as you can in writing poetry about emotions

@Mr Smit -> I know that some times things are just crappy.
I fancy myself the eternal optimist when it comes to people just sometimes optimism fails me.

@Mav ->Im trying not to think about it today. Actually speaking to people. (not about the incident, but just speaking which I havent done all week) seems to be making me feel better.

@D ->mmm.. never been a poet, writing, yeah, thats cathartic for me.
Im liking the Buddist stuff tho! very insightful.

@All -> Pea disappears from GS coz work blocks it! Worked for a corporate last year, just to see how it is... crapppy left, back at a med sized firm now.
Also, Pea doesnt know which Unions are good anymore.

Try the SKS. Khatibi is the only other "femme" of the group. and she's not always there. It'll be good to have another woman amongst us. If only to get the guys (including myself) to behave a little.

And if you post only one pic you'll get a union of admirers

Did you hear that? My brain just exploded because that was deep. However, it made since, too much so. Show this to every person that has a chip on their shoulder, and society might just get better. Unless a miracle happens, this will never work. As the old saying goes, ignorance is bliss.
