When you said history did you mean number of league wins? well then Liverpool has won the league 2 times more than us (Liverpool havent won it a single time since the creation of the premier league) but we have won the FA cup 4 times more than Liverpool. And i wasnt talking abt cup wins in the first place. i was talking of the teams history in general. We have had 2 of the most successful and inspirational managers ever. then there were the Busby Babes. Followed by, extremely unfortunately, the Munich Air Tragedy from which Sir Busby recovered and created another superb team. Then Sir Ferguson. Everyone knows how successful he's been. In the 15 years of the Premiership we have won it 9 times. Almost 2/3 of the total number of times. I am not saying that we have always been successful as a matter of fact at one time we faced bankruptcy but was saved by a dog! Might sound funny but read it up on manutd.com its a major part of our history. The point i am and was trying to make is that the ups and downs, the tragedies and come-backs, the disappointment and success, the twists, i dont think it can be compared to any other club (I havent read about the history of major clubs in other leagues so here i mean other clubs in england). And ofcourse I might be wrong about Liverpool's history but as far as i have looked up it doesnt compare.

liverpool have history in the 70s & 80s but there is only one club that has true history .united have had it all ups and downs but we managed to rise to the top where we belong.

Well we agree in one thing, Liverpool's history doesn't compare to any other team's history. I'll put it that way : when Machester Utd realised there was meat out there, Liverpool already had cholesterol
