The title pretty much says it all. I was at a sleepover, and one of my friends tripped on the controller while we were playing a gamecube game. It fell over, and apparently broke the disc drive (witch is the only thing that is not working). The good news is that Nintendo offers repairs, and that it will only cost around $75. But I've been saving up for an mp3 player, and I've been wondering if I should get the mp3 player first or get my wii fixed first? I was thinking the mp3 player first sense school's about to start, and I wont have alot of time for video games. But I'm still not sure, What do you guys think?

I think it's down to your lifestyle.. would you use ur MP3 player a lot? I know I do becos of long journeys and so on.. but then again, do you game a lot? it's nice to come back from school and relax with an hour or two of gaming

That sucks, maybe you should buy some wireless GC controllers next time. Buy the Mp3 first because school will probably take your time for fun away.

I'd sell the broken Wii and buy an MP3.

I think,red0584,had a bad reliance with the Wii,too bad.that red0584,loses the time using Mii and Wiiware,so is the top games Gamespot recommends.
