Why does it take so long to release some DVD's
I first bought Starsky and Hutch, season 1, in 2004. It is now 2006 and I am still waiting to finish my collection. Where is season 4. Sony does not add any extras or features that might take long to produce, so what's up? I have seen season 4 online available overseas only. Why release it there and not in the States? Anybody have any idea why certain DVDs take so long while others,say like the X-files, are already done releasing thier sets?

I heard some where it is because of sales. With Boy Meets World I heard that they were not going to finish putting it out on DVD because sales of season 3 were not good. With Starsky and Hutch all I see are good sales. Amazon.com has had to reorder seasons 1-3 at let once, twice for seasons 1&2. I just hope they put season 4 on DVD.

Yah,I couldnt beleive how long it took for season four to come out,I been waiting and looking for that to come out since july of 2005...dvdshark
