The calm before the storm (AKA a big blog is coming soon).

Umm... so yeah, I am working on a very big blog. In that big blog, I take some time to celebrate jg4xchamp, as a resonse to his blog about me. I know that was a long time ago, but I am going to do it. And I have a few surprises in that blog. That's coming soon. Anyhow, I wanted to post this mini-blog and tell you some very important information.

I updated my motherboard and my processor. The result: "HOLY ****!!!!"

The old:

Pentium D 930.

One of intel's first LGA 775 boards from 2004/2005 I think. It was slow at the time and it only work with RAM at slow speeds.

The new:

Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8 Ghz

ECS P43T-A2

Let me say, I get an increase of about 30 FPS in Crysis. Ad everything is just. so. fast. I cannot believe Windows could even start up this quickly!!! Okay, I'm off to work on my blog!

@CJ: You mean, make a countdown, then when the timer reaches zero make another countdown? I could do that for MONTHS! Lol. .

@DigitalExile: Ha, yeah, Steam is really great. And BTW, GTAIV is finished downloading!!! It only took 50 minutes, lol.

Well. I have Crysis Warhead installed now. And I run everything at 1280 x 1024 (that's my crappy monitors max resolution), all Gamer settings. At a butter smooth frame rate. No slowdowns, even at crazy parts!

I'm sorry, but you need a new monitor, I can do 1920x1080 on mine using an HDMI cable. And that game is more optimized than Crysis ever will be. Though i'm glad you can run it at least.

Also, guess what: Perfect Dark XBLA has online play and remade graphics, I'm serious, it looks like an Xbox game, no lie, it's here:

That's a big boost there, Orgainic. I've been thinking about getting the new ASUS Mars GTX295 that's been recently unveiled, I could run Earth with the power of that card!! xD

TENP!!! First Carl comes back, and now you're posting?! This is awesome! That Asus card is insane. Whereas all the other GTX 295s are dual GTX 260s; this one is dual GTX 280s. In to the sane. .
