Over-opinionated malarkey with a hint of tom-foolery!

Wow I can't believe the Filmspot tech support team still hasn't fixed this problem with the forums display for IE7 users.

IE7 is a final release, pushed out via Microsoft Updates, so this has to be affecting quite a lot of users.  What's worse, the bug prevents me from being able to read forum posts.  That is unless you indent your post three times.

GRRR!!!

Wow :! I love this new Filmspot site!  The text editing advancements and anhilation of annoying pop-up windows that occur whenever you want to change the formatting or update your preferences make it worth the wait.  And that's not even mentioning the great content about the movies!

Congratulations to the hard-working folks at Gamespot who made this site happen!

While exploring the free content available on XBOX Live last night and stumbled upon the Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy demo.

Wow!  I loved this game and just couldn't stop playing it.  This demo was amazing funny and caused smiles and much laughter between my roommate and me.  There is something just so damn adorable about the little computer animated Lego figurines that takes me back to the days when I actually did build and play with the real plastic blocks.  And, of course, the obligatory death matches that return the sting of friendly fire from your "supposed" commandant Ben Kenobi were just as priceless.

The game's concept, design, and play control is surprisingly fantastic considering the fact that Legos are generally classified under the 8-11 year old age group.  I like this game demo so much; I'm buying the version after work today.  I can't remember being this excited about playing a game since The Dig, which is a credit to Lucas Arts for being able to keep their games entertaining, humorous, and just plain fun after all these years.

Eragon
Ugh, this movie was total crap. When the dragon landed after her magically-becoming-an-adult-like-Tom-Hanks montage, I couldn't contain my laughter when she spoke English to Eragon via ESP. Give me a break!

The Matrix
The one thing that really made The Matrix an unbelievable movie was the fact that they kept the plot a secret from the general public. I remember being postively intrigued when billboards around town asked me "What is the matrix?" The...

Deja Vu
Did it bother anyone else that they never ACTUALLY said "deja vu" once in the movie? The trailers made the premise of this movie appear completely different from the actual plot. Boo Hollywood!

Point Break
BEST MOVIE EVAR!!! It's got all the makings of a great action flick with some emotional drama over doing your job or being true to your friends. Plus the onscreen chemistry between Gary Busey and Keanu Reeves brings just the right amount of...

Casino Royale
I don't about this new bond. I think Pierce Brosan is by far the best bond. This new guy is too muscular and I keep thinking to myself during the movie "this guy's lips are too damn poutty"
