Yes, all the games i rate i've played. No, the scores aren't indicative of the truth. As you can tell i inflate most scores just because i can. trhe exceptions are pretty much games that were particulalr bad or disappointing so i had to rate them lower. or some games that get way too overhyped by the media and general rpg neophytes as is and i feel like somebody needs to score the game realistically.
