Gamefly screwing up

Gamefly has really been screwing up lately. I sent my last game back over a week ago but they still haven't shipped my next game. It was received through their fast return service a day after I put it in the mailbox so what's the hold up? They've tried to ship Far Cry Instincts, which has had a status of Short Wait ever since it was released, three times instead of going to the next game in my Q (Virtual Tennis). Even when their Fast Return service works they are still pretty slow.

I also subscribe to NetFlix who has a warehouse in Georgia and the turn around time is at most a few days. Gamefly's turnaround is still about a week or more. I know they only have a warehouse in California but why after all these years (I rented Dreamcast games from them) haven't they opened one on the East coast?
