Not that there hasn't already been countless words written about this game already, but I just want to put my two cents in. For the majority of the year, I've been playing nothing but sports and racing games. I own about five EA Sports games, two racing games with some shooters and RPGs thrown in for good measure. I didn't know I'd grown tired of these games until I played Katamari Damacy. This was the first game I purchased for my PS2 this year, the only other one I expect to purchase is Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I'd pretty much given up hope for my poor PS2, since EA went on LIVE I figured the only thing I'd use it for now is playing GTA games. I never thought that one of my favorite game this year would come in the form of Katamari Damacy. It's deceptively simple, has wonderful art direction and is addictively fun. I haven't even made my way halfway through the game yet because I keep playing the same levels over and over. I hear it's a short game so I intend to take my sweet time and make it last as long as possible.
