Straight Up!!!

Mass Effect can easily be summed up as an interactive movie. That's the way I look at it. Easily the best story told in a video game. It's a soap opera. The romantic subplot, the alien/human interaction, stopping the bad guy who is out to take over the world and the question on everyone's mind; who's baby is this? Ok that last one doesn't come into play until the sequal. I've heard all of these proffessional critics just ragging on Mass Effect and I can't deny that this game has some problems but its solid gameplay makes up for those faults. I find that the little things such as your gun on your mako not firing up or down just isn't that big of a deal. The whole buttons not working thing is a bit annoying but it just doesn't happen that much. The fact of the matter is this game is fantastic. The great elements out way the horoble ones by far. 9/10

Well Well Well. It seems like there is a lot of music surrounding the video game industry as of late. That could possibly be because Rock Band and Guitar Hero 3 have recently come out. I dont know for sure its just a theory. I am becoming pretty annoyed by the recent commotion brought about by these games. I find myself being annoyed because man these instruments are plastic. I am unable to get the kind of satisfaction that others get from these games. I guess I just don't get it right. Now I didnt have too much of a problem with guitar hero but when rock band came out and i found out it was almost 200 dollars I about flipped. I could bye a crappy real guitar with kind of money. Are you serious! I got my fender strat pack about 4 years ago from a local guitar dealership (if you will) and it cost 300 dollars. It came with a fender strat (of course this wasnt the greatest guitar) a small amp a strap some strings and a couple of picks. Now come on. Is it just me or does anyone else find this to be outrageous. I realize "real" guitar takes practice and can be frustrating because you can't just pick it up and play any song you want or any song activision thinks you should play but the overall result is much more rewarding.

Assassin's Creed, hmm... AMAZING for the most part. Let's start with the scenery shall we, it just might be the best part of Assassins Creed. The entire game just looks beautiful even though you are limited to 3 major cities plus Masyaf which you visit frequently, maybe too frequently. Your character Altair's movements are also brilliant. They are extremely lifelike and will not disapoint. The many ways you have a disposing of your targets is also a great part of this game. You have about 5 basic ways of eliminating your foes. You may find yourself only using 3 but thats o.k. Now to the downsides of Assassins Creed. Dont worry there aren't too many. To start I guess I could start with the biggest and most annoying. With every man you are too Assassinate (which there are 9) you get the feeling you have done this before. Well thats because you have done this before. Every single thing leading up to the Assassination you will basically do for every man, but the overall assassination does tend to differ. As for the next thing, oh wait I guess that's it long live ASSASSINS CREED. I dare you to find all of those flags!
Some people just don't have opinions. Like norton1231.
norton1231 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could norton1231 possibly have for not rating a single film?
