Hi everybody!!

Wow, it's been a long time. I haven't really been to tv.com so much lately, I've been Super-busy, and I hope it will begin to slow down abit from now on.

So what has been happening lately? This morning I passed a really big exam that I've been studying for for the last two weeks. YAY! It was really important because it was 1/3 out of all the course-points I have to take during my ph.d. I'm almost done with the courses now, which is great! On top of that my research is really moving along right now. I'm presenting my data all over, this week alone I'll be doing two presentations, and it just takes forever to prepare. I'm almost done planning a week-long-trip to the states in January where I'm going to meet a lot of important people who hopefully will give me even more to do...

My maternity-leave starts on the 12th of February. I can't wait! Because I'm a ph.d.-student I actually get really good terms on my leave, which also means that I can start it up to 6 weeks before I give birth. I know that I'm going to be huge by that time, but I can't wait to get some time for myself and really indulge before everything is about the baby...

The pregnancy is going really well, no problems so far. The baby is kicking all the time, and the hubby loves it! My appetite has become smaller - thankfully - so I'm not eating all the time anymore. I'm now in week 25, about 5 months, and I've only gained 3 kgs so far! Because I was a bit overweight before I got pregnant I have to watch out for the extra kilos even more than normal weight-people. So that means I can't just indulge in candy and chocolates, even though that's all I wonna do... But I guess so far it's working for me.

On the tv-side. I'm soooo hooked on Fringe at the moment. I'm still on season 1, but it's really interesting, and I really like the X-files-feel the show has. I'm eager to see what happens... Besides Fringe, I haven't been watching too much tv lately. Off course I've managed to keep up with Supernatural, and even though I know a lot of you disagree (hmm... Shazz??), I really like this season so far. The last epi before the break was awesome, and the guy that plays Lucifer is just so perfect in that role...

Anyway, no more ramblings from me, I'll better get back to work!

Hugs Tina (and baby...)

Hi everybody

I know I haven't been here much lately, but I've been taking different courses for my ph.d. and on top of that I've been away for an entire week to slaughter pigs (I know, it sounds bad...). But I'm back now and I just wonna give you guys an update.

First of all, I went to my first scanning 3 weeks ago. I don't know how it is everywhere else, but here in Denmark we go to regular scannings to get the baby checked out, and to make sure that it doesn't have any defects (for example Downs Syndrome). So here is the picture we got out of it:

I don't know if you can make anything out, but I can assure you that it was very cute, it was waving at us and didn't have anything wrong with it... It was a fantastic experience!!! And I think it made it really real for Morten as well.

So television-wise I've actually been quite busy. I'm up to date on all the SN, and I LOVE, LOVE this season so far. It's really angsty, with great one-liners. But I really, really hope that it's not going to end up being some epic show-down between good and evil between Sam and Dean... CLICHÉ...

I've begun watching s2 of True Blood with the hubby, progress is slow, as there always seem to be something else he wants to watch... But I'm not so excited about this season so far. It's really different than the books, and the plots are not that interesting so far (we're at epi 6 or something). Too bad, I really hope it picks up... At least Eric is still easy on the eyes...

Criminal minds are allright. Not fantastic, but still interesting. And I'm trying to start watching Fringe s1. But it's on so late at night that I just can't seem to stay awake. 3 episodes have been on so far and I haven't managed to stay awake for a single one... Man, this pregnancy is just making me too tired... But I'm comtemplating whether I should keep on trying to watch it. It looks allright. What do you guys think? Uh, and has anybody watched the first episodes of The Vampire Diaries? Is it any good??

Well, that's it for me for now. Take care!

Love Tina

So the hubby and me have finally finished season 1 of True Blood and I can't wait to start season 2. Why the hell does watching tv take so much longer when you have to wait for your husband...? I'm all about Alexander Skarsgård. Normally I'm not really into the blondes, but he really does it for me. He makes Swedish look sexy...

I'm also re-watching s1 of Supernatural. I bought the DVD dirt-cheap, and I really love the beginning. I've only watched it when it was on the first time, so it's really nice to have the beginning repeated. And I've even forgotten what pappa-winchester is actually doing, so that's brilliant! I've also bought s3 and Veronica Mars s1 and 2. Can't wait to start watching VM again, that series rocks!!

I can't wait untill the 10th of september when SN s5 starts!! Squee! The trailer is amazing, and I can't wait to see how Kripke is going to end this show. I'm not too curious about the new shows starting this year. I might as well check out the pilot for The Vampire Diaries, but it really depends on the quality of that whether I'll continue watching it. The sad thing is that I won't really have too much time for tv this autumn, with the ph.d. and the pregnancy. I'm also reading a lot and there's just not enough hours in the day for it all...

So I'll just finish off with a short note on the pregnancy; We're doing fine, I'm now in week 11 and the hunger has really kicked in now. I'm hungry ALL THE TIME, and I can eat like there's no tomorrow! At least I haven't put any weight on so far, but I'm quite sure that will change soon...

Hope y'll are doing fine, and that everybody returns now that tv is starting up again. It's really been a ghosttown in here lately...

Hugs Tina

Stephen King's The Mist
An awesome movie. I love the fact that it lingers and that you really get to experience the atmosphere in the shop. The horror just creeps up on you...
The ending alone makes this movie one to watch!!!

The Simpsons Movie
I loved this movie. But I thought that we didn't get to see the different characters as much as I would have liked. And I must say, that I loved, loved spiderpig... ;-)

Cloverfield
This movie rocks!! I didn't quite know what to expect, whether it was going to be another Godzilla-movie, but I was happily surprised...!! This movie keeps you at the edge of your seat almost the entire time, and the monster (which you only really...
