Ah...Thanksgiving has come and gone and this Black Friday has taken on a new meaning.  I'll go for the bad first to get it out of the way.  Early this morning one of my Uncles passed away.  It came as a little bit of a surprise but he hasn't been doing very well for a long time.  It was very sad to hear since I spent a lot of time with him when I was younger but I am glad that he did not suffer any longer with his illness.  He also was developing Alzheimer's so things would have gotten worse in the long run.  For Thanksgiving I am thankfull for life and having the chance to have those who have passed in my life.

Now for the good stuff...I don't like to be depressed so there has to be some good.  I'm not sure I ever mentioned it but my sister is due with her 3rd child any day now.  Won't find out if it is a boy or a girl until the child is born.  I also in my need of distraction did some shopping before (and during ) work.  So I got stuff for my sister's kids and some stuff for my mother.  I also ordered the Roku box to stream my Netflix stuff on one of the TVs for the holidays.  I also have Chrono Trigger, Persona 4, and the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the PS2 on the way....crap I spent a lot of money today.  Lastly...I thank someone I encountered while playing in the Home Beta for telling me about something called PlayOn...with that I can now stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and a few others to my TV through my PS3...I have determined I may never leave my room spare having to go to work and class.

On that note...I hope everyone gets what they want this holiday season...I will soon be able to catch up on all the games I've been trying to play.

OK...I have been rather busy the past couple weeks not all in a good way but I will explain. 

So I got an iPod Touch recently...the phone is a little out of my price range for the service plan that come with it.  I love the thing and I got it because I saw this really kick @ss astronomy program for it.  It has a speaker so I can play animal calls at work and now I don't have to listen to the radio where stations are playing Christmas music already (started Nov. 1st)

About two weeks ago I started with a serious runny nose..figured on allergies until the work picked up and it evolved into a cough and full blown cold.  This past Sunday my grandmother's TV decided to go and since she lives for her TV we had to replace her's.  My mother and I went out the next day to get her a new TV.  I had a fever at close to 100 at this point so guess what I decided to do in my feverish state.    I got myself a HDTV...about time is all I can say...but for the past week I have not been able to enjoy it.  I've been working with my cough and fever all week.  I think it may have finally decided to receed a bit before I have to put in a long weekend and week next week again.  All I know is that once I get some actual free time I can finally complete all the games I had been holding off on.  The best part is...no delay and no squinting to read text!!

I believe I have covered my Christmas and birthday gifts now

Anyway...I hope you are all doing well I have to start lining up the games I'm going to start playing again.

OK...so yeah I am a naturalist and have concerns and all for the enviornment but well this is crazy. This has not occured since...well since I was really little but not this much before Halloween.

That's right...snow...before Halloween...in Southern New Jersey...and it is still coming down. It was supposed to rain today..is this because the Phillies made it to the World Series

Anyway...I need to get back to doing what I was doing...all I know is I wish I got LBP already...taking too long to arrive...oh well I do have Eternal Sonata to play after I finish this stuff called homework.

Oh yeah..I got a new toy...an iPod Touch...I love it...but I'll go into that next time
