UPDATE:

Went to Frys today and exchanged my Xbox 360. I got a new one, and thankfully everything is back to normal (got to keep my old hard drive so everything remains in tact). Good customer service, Microsoft, so far.

Well, unfortunately just a week after getting my Xbox 360, it is having technical issues. After an hour troubleshooting with customer support it seems there is a problem with the console, for it won't recognize my wireless controllers anymore. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and I have been instructed to get it replaced where I bought it, which I will do tomorrow. The store will probably have to call Microsoft to verify, but that isn't a huge deal.

This actually is not as bad as it sounds, because I will get to keep my hard drive, and replacing it at the store is not as bad as having to send it in to Microsoft. This is just a 2 day set back basically.

It is sad though, because I just got Oblivion and Gears of War, and I hardly have had time to jump into them yet. I wanted to review them, but I'm not going to yet, because I have hardly played either of them. Both of them will definitely be getting a 9+ score from me though, based upon first impressions.

So basically, if you wanted to humiliate, destroy me, then dance on my corpse in Xbox Live, you are just going to have to wait another couple of days, for I will be too busy humiliating myself, playing Wario Ware on my Wii. :-P

Take care :-)

Hey Nick,

Ah that's gotta blow! Well at least you'll be getting a new hardrive and one that will hopefully work. it's good to know that you're starting Oblivion, I always wondered how that game is since I'm well into WoW (and it's been a great ride). Let us know what you think of Oblivion. Take care for now.

Hey Jir11!

Yes it does indeed blow! It could have been worse though, I could have had to send it in to Microsoft which would probably take a while.

It's a good time to play PC and WoW though. Glad you are enjoying WoW. I'm just getting into Burning Crusade myself. My highest character is only 32. So I have a lot of leveling to do. Take care.

Mine one day stopped recognising the controllers to power it on. It was weird but the next day it worked fine.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It has been replaced, and I got to keep my old hard drive and put it in my new 360, so everything is back to normal.

Will have reviews of Oblivion, Wario Ware, Gears of War, and WoW: The Burning Crusade, soon. It's a lot of gameplay though so it may take time...

Just an update on the multi player status of Wario's smoothies; it seems after completing enough (around 10 or 11) single player stages, "multi" is unlocked from the selection screen.

On a different note I am impressed by the service you got with the three sixty. Hazzle free it seems.

Thank you for pointing that out Stoejer! I stand corrected. Yes, I was very happy, and surprised, with the Microsoft customer service. 2 thumbs up for them.
