Everybody is scared about thinking of school

ok well um i think we need to know your travel time and more info and heres a tip read or do homework on the trip to and from school

I would completely change those rules of yours.

I'd change the half hour of homework to at LEAST 1 hour a day, so at about 3 o Clock or whenever school finishes, 1 hour watching anime, 1 hour doing homework or coursework, then you got your night time for playing, go to bed at say 9:30PM or so, wake up 7:30AM or so, hope that helps you

I'm excited about my 2nd year at college, we skipped a lot of classes, played a lot of football/soccer and a lot of my friends go there, I enjoy myself while I'm there, I only hate the parts of waking up early, doing essays and studying... I don't know how to help you in your itmetable, I need to set one for myself, of course I won't abide by it knowing how careless I am
