Hi. Haven't posted a blog in awhile. Not like anyone actually reads mine anyways >_>
Anyways, just gonna say what's been going on in my life lately.
I graduated from high school in May. I'm glad that I'm finally done with it, though it is kind of sad knowing that I will never see some of those people ever again... but hey, that's what Facebook is for, right?
I'm going to be starting at Kennesaw State University in the fall, and I'm looking forward to that! I went to orientation a few weeks ago, and there were a lot of attractive females
. I signed up for four ****s, which comes out to 12 credit hours, but I might add another ****so it will be 15; after my first year I want to have 30 credit hours so that I can technically be a sophomore; any less than 30 hours and I will still be considered a freshman.
I also lost my job :/ I don't think it was very fair the way it happened. My job was a cashier at Kroger. I started working there in August 2006, and out of almost all the cashiers (all of the kid/teenage ones at least), I was there the longest. What happened was I went into work, and after being there for not 30 minutes, I was told to go up to the manager's office, and I already assumed it was going to be something bad, but when I got up there, there was a guy from the corporate office or whatever. I sat down and they didn't even tell me why I was called up there, the guy just started asking me questions. He asked me my address and phone number and stuff and that made me confused 'cause I was trying to figure out why they were asking me that. He asked how long I'd been working there and about the procedures and stuff like that. After awhile of feeling like I was being interrogated by the police (the guy was actually an ex-cop, maybe that's why
) he told me they called me up there because of stuff with coupons. Basically what I had been doing was whenever I scanned a coupon and it says "coupon does not match", I would just override it. I did this because that is the way I had learned to do cashier (watching other people, and this one girl told me that's what they did when I was still a bagger), and because everyone else I knew that worked there did the same thing! The guy told me I was essentially "stealing" from the company (which I guess is true, but I still think that's kind of stupid.) I would have been okay with it if I had just gotten a suspension from work or something like that, but then he said they couldn't let me keep working there, which I don't think is fair at all if everyone else is doing the same and not getting punished. Then he tried to feed me some bull**** about how I let Kroger down, and I let myself down, and I didn't wanna hear any of that. The store manager and that guy and every other Kroger corporate person can go **** themselves.

Anyways I hope you do well at Kennesaw, and have fun with the ladeyz
