I loved A Fever You Can't Sweat Out from the beginning, and although Panic At The Disco's new album Pretty.Odd is very different, I love it just as much. It's testament to the band, and Brendon himself's versatility.
I can't wait to see more from this talented individual. The band claims that Brendon is a good actor, so who knows where we'll see him next? Watch this space.

This band is definetly one of my all time favourite bands. They have really hit it big since Eyes Open but i've been with them since Songs For Polar bears. It's classic stuff, I love Gary Lightbodys voice so much, it has a really definitive quality to it which bring his amazing lyrics home.
I always love their amazing use of heavy bass lines and repitition in their riffs, it sets an undertone in their songs, a kind of a trademark musical vibe I suppose! A brilliant example of this is Chocolate from Final Straw which consists almost soley of these riffs! all in all class band.

I absolutely love The Shins. Their album Chutes Too Narrow blew me away. They have some absolutely class songs like Girl Inform Me, Pink Bullets and of course Caring is Creepy, the song on The Garden State soundtrack which more or less made them famous. I think this band has so much talent and has come so far yet they are still going places. They are one of my all time favourites and will hopefully be around for many years to come. If they keep producing tracks like Sleeping lessons I see no reason for this talent to drop off the radar!

Modest Mouse's music is such an escape, it is absolutely beutiful musically and lyrically. I love their general sound and way of playing, it is so original and yet timeless. My favourite Modest Mouse album is Good News for People Who Love Bad News. My favourite track on this album is The world At Large. I first heard this on the radio and always remembered it. The band later made an appearence on Season Two of the OC and by that stage I had some of their albums and loved them. I'd reccomend this music to any indie rock appreciators.

I LOVE Tommy Tiernan! He is, in my opinion, the funniest ever Irish comedian. Dara O Briain comes in at a very close second but nobody cracks me up like Tommy does! His gags are so original and yet so true and down do earth I can't help but laugh. His gags about his childhood and early school days are the funniest. I also love the piece about lent in Loose, SO FUNNY!
I really don't know how he comes up with him but I won't question it! He is a modern day genius and I can't wait to see where he takes his talents next!

Snow Patrol are one of my all time favourite bands and where would they be without their chief songwriter, guitaist and lead vocalist? Lightbody's talent is undeniable and the originality and depth in his lyrics is so outstanding that it is no wonder why they have come so far since "Polar Bears" in 94.
My favourite Snow Patrol songs include "Headlights on Dark Roads" and "Run". Both of this songs get their message across with amazing clarity. As a guitarist, a lyricist and a vocalist I have huge respect for Mr.Lightbody and can't wait to see him grow as an artist.

Dara O Briain is definetly one of the all time greats when it comes to Irish comedy. He is an absolute genius with his ability to think up witty and hilarious gags on the spot. His live DVD, recorded at the Theatre Royal in London is a masterpiece, one of my favourite dvds to watch again and again.
His performance in shows like The Panel truly showcase this mans unbelieveable talent at getting a crowd going. He makes the show side splittingly funny to watch and has me in tears of laughter week after week with his high energy comedy.

In my humble opinion Wentworth is the best actor around at the moment, and for a long time for that matter. He assumes his roles so easily and naturally that I can never tell if he is acting or not in interview footage! His acting takes the world of acting to a whole new level. For an excellent example of this watch the sequence in Brothers Keeper, Season one of Prison Break where he is preparing to go and hold up the bank which will get him arrested. In that entire sequence it is just Wentworth and a simple musical score. There is no dialogue but Went tells the story with his eyes. It is absolutley amazing and I have no clue how he does it.
I have the utmost respect for him and his work and can't wait to see more of it. Keep up the good work Went!
