Well, I went to Las Vegas (a long time ago, Around the 4th of July 2007) and I just wanted to blog about how ****ing hot it was. It was ~115 degrees Fahrenheit (46 degrees Celsius) out there! It was soo hot. The wind was very hot, too. You know in normal weather, a breeze can feel cold or refreshing. Well the breezes in Las Vegas were buring!!! I had to close my eyes if the breeze was going in my direction because of how hot it was.... It it stayed hot outside till like 10PM.
In normal weather, if you leave your car in direct hot sunlight for about an hour, it can get hot inside. But in Las Vegas, even if the suns gone down. If you leave your car for an hour outside before 9PM, it will get very HOT! I left my psp in the car in a covered, shaded area and it almost got too hot to touch...
Though Las Vegas heat wasn't the hottest I experienced in same week. I was driving from Las Vegas to LA and I decided to take a pit stop at a MacDonald's on my way. (And basically the entire way from Las Vegas to LA is desert.) So I stopped at the MacDonald's and when I got out of my car. To my suprise IT WAS VERY HOOOT!!! It made Las Vegas seem like 90 (32) degree wether! The MacDonald's door was just about 20 feet from my car door and I bearly made it! I literally yelled while I was outside: "This heat is FREAKING RIDICULOUS!" I estimate it must of been at least ~124 (51) degrees out there...
I'm no noob to hot weather. I live in California and in the Summer it can get as hot as 80, 90, and even 100+ (27, 32, 38+) degrees outside. But Las Vegas and that MacDonald's place were just way too HOT!
