Yesterday I hit the 10,000 sub mark here at TV.com; took me just about 6 months to get here from 5000, which means the next mark, 20,000 will probably take me a year! Best to not even think about it I know, but the countdown starts now.
If the Editor bug doesn't get me, I should become the editor for Lewis Black's Root of all Evil. I'm pleased by the fact that it already has a banner. I know its no "Daily Show" or "Colbert" but hopefully, with the lead-in from "South Park", will gather fans to last a couple of seasons. Check it out if you have a chance.
Been busy on the personal front, arranging for utilities. I was hoping to take advantage of the local phone company's promotion of a bundled landline/Internet/mobile package and upgrade to a Nokia N95 or something. But then I found out the bundle saves me a measly $15, plus they don't have that 8GB version of that phone anyway...
I have caught up on my sleep however, and nearly everything at work. Which just leaves me with what's on my Tivo....
Have a good weekend everyone!

That actually looks like a show I would watch, maybe if I notice it on UK TV I'll give it a go. Well done on getting a bannered guide!
And I hope you have a good weekend too
Thanks Angus, Dan. Looks like the editor bug is preventing me from getting my guide, but hopefully it will kick in soon.
LB, thanks, and I hope that catalogue comes back soon.
Lin, thanks. Yes, I think you're about a level and a half away from that top 100.
The catalogue message has now changed so it looks like it won't be coming back in the form of a catalogue but incorporated into the regular BBC website.
Hopefully the change means the BBC shows no longer airing still have information available/accessible.
That's what I'm hoping too.
I've got enough useable information to allow me enough subs to reach my goal of level 60, but my sources will dry up eventually
I'm definately lucky that I have Newsnight, because with the Catalogue unavailable, I would be seriously screwed at the moment, lol
Congrats on the sub milestone. I'd have more but tptb won't act on a request I've had in for a month or more now to add a show, I even resubmitted my request to no avail.
Thanks Tommy. I hate the fact that if a show isn't added, you never know.
