Well, since my acceptance into the Ninja Temple Union, I hope to train some aspiring ninjas in the art of Ninjutsu. I have practiced it for 13 years, and gained quite a proficiency. So, the FIRST LESSON:
Go into a stance with feet parralell and deeply flexed knees. Keep stability focussed on the abdomen, and the nape of the neck. Breathe deeply into the diaphragm, and out through the mouth.

This is the best picture describing the stance.
Keep doing this for about 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks, and DO NOT expect instant results. If you want to pull off really 'cool' moves, work at it slooooowly.
From this stance, and the CQC stance I posted a while back, you can do almost every Ninjutsu technique there is.
Post comments of what you think of it.
Really hot day, hard exercise, overall really knackered. Ughh. Still, MGS2 keeps me occupied, and Killzone releases my stress(Die, Space Nazis!)
I can't keep my eyes open.
(Bonk) ZZZZZZZZ........................
This is a little tutorial on how to stand when using CQC.
Be relaxed, have no tension in your body. Keep your head up and only move your eyes. Point your gun if you sense something. Have both hands covering the face, and all joints should be bent.
I got bored, so I decided to post something. I will post actual moves soon.
