As of monday, I will indeed be starting up a form of school. I've been out now for almost half a year, but I've also found a program that will end up saving me both time and effort, and essentially start me on my way to where I want to be. As of this next monday, I will be starting with a program to help me get my GED. It could take anywhere from a week, to several months, depending on how much material I need to catch up on in order to pass the test. Once that's done, I also have a free two years of college headed my way. I'm quite excited.
