I love your Avatar image! Calvin and Hobbes was a staple of my youth. It was the only comic I read in the funnies section of my local paper. I also have a few paperback collections. Spaceman Spiff was probably my most favorite Calvin "persona." Oh, and I hate when a game mechanic makes the game unplayable due to frustration. Resistance Retribution did that for me.

I gave up on Halo a while back, but you must admit that the online play is epic. I just think that this game has had so much potential if it made more DLC.

You really have to question developers decisions sometimes, no save point mid-mission in an RTS? Really?

That's not why I stopped playing RTS' though. The reason I stopped was because I simply got bored of them. What's next? Not sure.

I need to try it. Its first on my list when I sign up for Gamefly. I need to find out if I am one that likes the game, or one that doesnt. There is no its ok with Halo Wars.

Haha, I spend hours and hours a day playing Fallout 3, a game I've finished too many times to remember. I can spare some hours

I refuse to play Fallout again until I have all the DLC's. It's all of them or none of them!
But yeah, I'll be buying a 120GB HDD as soon as I can (the extra 100GB should help) and the 2nd Fallout DLC disc and some more MS points. Then the next time I play Fallout, I'll have so much to do! Aaaand I just replied more to Turbo than mj.. Oh well.

Hmm... that sounds a little disappointing. I'm interested in trying out the game, but I guess the lack of mid-missions save would mean that it would restrict when I would play it, as I wouldn't want to run out of time towards the end of a night.

bacchus2 - Exactly. The first few missions are fairly short but as they start to get longer...

I always did like games with save features within the mission more than those without.
